I worked at this business for a couple weeks they held my first paycheck that?s fine then it comes around to my second paycheck... I at this point quit due to no ride I texted the owner and asked when I would be getting my paycheck they told me they mailed itout last Thursday September 22 and here it is the 27s and still haven?t got it and they won?t answer their phones I don?trecommend working for these people Read more
GOOD: Overall not bad. Fresh and well made food. Toppings to order. Clean restaurant. Worth the trip here. BAD: Runs out of... sauces a lot. Taco meat is good but really greasy...wouldn't hurt to drain off the grease and it would be perfect...a little onthe pricier side but your paying for quality as well as quantity so you get your money's worth. Parking was fine. It's located in a strip mall so that wasn't an issue. I stopped in at 5 pm, and ordered a bowl. Thankfully ... it was a little bowl. He had to scrape to get me black beans, Pico.....no cheese available. This was 5 pm people. Should theynot have been prepared for the dinner crowd? Everything tasted fine. I got what I asked for. Went in last night and had a group of high school kids in there with a large order. The employees were very friendly and... gracious even though they were getting slammed. The food was amazing and I would very much go again and I recommend thisparticular store to anyone. Fantastic staff. Read more
I am a very frequent customer at hot head. I admit, I get it multiple times per week! Today, while the kids are off for spring... break, we all went for a treat at out local branch. We were met with kind personalities and a great team- like always.Unfortunately, the rewards program went 100% electric before it was ready. Every time I go to this branch the rewards systemdoes not yet work. After spending $20 today, I still get no rewards for my loyalty. I not only cannot redeem my already addedpoints, but cannot add loyalty points from the store or even from my recipet when I get home. I hope this post helps. Therestaurant, employees and food is great! I just wish I could get my points like I am supposed to get. Kids said it was the bestfood they have had in a long time:) corporate, please fix the loyalty system at this branch so I can give them my continuedbusiness and update to the 5 stars like they deserve!! Pretty good food. Ingredient quality isn't as good as their competitors but they have some nice sauces. This location has run... out of key ingredients before on us. Read more
They are definitely feeling the inflation pinch. Quality was good, but portion size is slipping.
