Have always had welcoming, courteous, friendly experiences at this location. Today's visit was absolutely above and beyond, my... small request. The store was getting busy after my Fiance and I entered. A Gentleman, Owner, Assistant Manager, Manager orAssociate. His title doesn't affect my opinion. I had simply asked to purchase a glass of ice. He was wearing a mask andlooked very familiar. I believe from a previous visit. He asked if I was using it for my freezer. I told him yes. He thenoffered me a bag to fill. He pleasantly insisted. then offering another bag. I filled one bag he offered another bag to coverto keep it clean. He showed genuine kindness on such a miserably hot day, 106°. You Dear Sir, have my Gold Star Vote. It was excellent I had a coupon to get two footlong subways. The two that were working at 9pm on 12/30/19 were excellent... friendly courteous. Food is to be expected. They're often out of menu items such as breads or meats. This is the SLOWEST subway I've ever been to.... They're so slow that if I walk in and see three people in line I'll just walk right back out. I'd rather go somewhere else thenwait a half hour for a sandwich. The problem is that the staff doesn't work together at all. You'll have one person makingsandwiches end to end and one running the register while they watch the first one work. The one running the register rarelysteps in to help. This is not just one employee either this is just how business is done at this subway. Read more
As far as Subways go, this one was very clean. The food was fresh and the service was fast. The employees could have been... happier or at least tried to smile, but as someone who has worked at Subway, I understand. Read more
