I'll start off by saying I grew up in Tish, so I've watched this location slowly swindle down every time I decide to eat here.... It used to be a fun place to sit with friends, and we still do, however from them filling orders with other items (i.e. halfedchicken strips in popcorn chicken, tots in fries, etc.) to food being undercooked, to orders being switched somehow ? its goneway downhill these last two years. Staff is usually nice, aside from when a friends order was somehow transcribed incorrectlyand the manager seemed very hostile and instead of offering ways to fix the situation, kept repeating what his receipt had saidto where the friend simply had to tell him that they wanted the missing item reordered when it should've been something offeredin the first place, not hostile words thay seemed to be used as a silencer. To be clear on my review: The staff is always kind. I have a feeling it may be an understaffing issue or issue with being able... to keep people hired on that?s causing the wait times to be longer. However, the food as of late is either not being storedproperly or not cooked properly. We went twice recently and the burgers tasted bad. I should not take a bite of my food from anyrestaurant and go ?I should have made something at home?. I am not sure what it is but the food has tasted off for the last fewmonths. This used to be my favorite breakfast place as well and their burritos are not appetizing anymore. All the food seemsto lack flavor, or taste cold, or like it is not cooked long enough. Read more
Ordered a burger and a oreo cone, the oreo cone was liquid and the carhop didn't even bat an eye. It then proceeded to spill all... over my car. Never in my life have I seen an care so little about the stuff they serve. I don't expect much from a small townsonic, but at least giving me ice cream thats, you know, ice cream would be nice. This is honestly the worst sonic I've everseen in my entire life, and I used to go the infamous cache road sonic in lawton. This is the final time I'm ever eating here.No other sonic has these horrendous crippling issues that this one has. Update: Gave them another chance. Literally if I had the choice to do negative stars I would. This place is so slow even just for freaking drinks.
I dont know what has happened at this Sonic they can not get an order right to save there lives, the last two times I have gone... my order has been wrong, they have lost my business. It seems the owner has a little button he can push to send out fornegative feedback, I don't care for your feed back I would prefer better service. Read more
Worst location EVER!!!! Slowest people on earth. If I order on the app or in the drive-thru it takes no less than 5 minutes to... address me when I pull up to the speaker. There can be no other car in line, not even at the window before anyone says anything.Hope you aren?t ever in a hurry because you will go nowhere fast with this Sonic location. Read more
Just got cheese fries and a coney and they come out with regular fries which I don't want so they take these fries back in and... just toss them in a new container and throw cheese on top without melting it at all but hey the ice cream was ok edited to addthat my coney was cold as well Read more
