This place is ridiculous.. They open and close when they want. Once two guys working said they had already mopped and were... closing when it was only 8:00pm on a Friday. And now two girls at 6:00pm said they were closed because they were training. Read more
Do the owners/management even care about this store anymore? I?m getting really tired of driving all the way out that way for... the store to be closed or to be out of everything. I?ve supported this store over Wetumpka for years just because I liked thepeople that used to work there and I wanted to support Titus, but I?m getting so tired of driving out there only to see a closedstore or a store that can?t even get supplies to make my favorite items. Wetumpka and Titus Subway are about the same distanceaway from my house, but I?m getting sick of driving out to Titus and having to turn around and go to Wetumpka anyway. Gas isgetting too pricey to be doing all of that driving. Please fix your store or I?m going to have to stop coming. I don?t likechange, so I?d prefer to continue supporting you guys, but this is getting ridiculous. ? and for the love of all things thatare good in this world? PLEASE TEACH YOUR SANDWICH ARTISTS that all footlong sandwiches are supposed to be cut in half. You guyshave like 3 employees that refuse to cut your sandwich in half unless you tell them to. I sware to God, if you walked in and ordered a bologna sandwich, after asking what kind of bread, their next question would be "... Do you want bologna on this?". I came to this location tonight & the staff was all over the place. Employee named Anna wasn?t doing her job at all, she kept... saying she was trying to refund a mobile order, she resolved nothing. Anna called another employee to come in, her name wascarlie. Carlie processed making my two sandwiches, rung me up, and resolved the mobile order issue WITH NO HELP. any subwayshould be gratified to have her. Horrible service! As we walked in no acknowledgement at all of us. She was to busy talking to another coworker about getting... people and who wants to work. They are so short handed. No bellpepper, No cucumbers. A lot of items out! No chips I reallyliked. No ice for soda machine. Went to use rest room. No light!! When I closed the door couldn't see the toilet! There was achair just outside the door, so had to use part of chair to hold the door open just so you can see were the toliet was! Went towash hand No soap And No towels! Sandwich was ok, but it tasted like onions, I like certain items on my sandwich. A lot of theitems they were out. I told my husband about the women's restroom,He said he had to do the same thing with the chair when heused the restroom. Read more

Staff here is always good! They make a point to make sure their food is fresh. If it's not, they would rather not serve it and... you be upset, than serve it and you get sick. I have a lot of respect for them. Food is top notch for a build-your-own-sandwichplace! Read more
This store had its flaws and I didn?t go for several years but they now have new employees who are kind and go above and beyond... to satisfy the customers. Will definitely be back. Read more
