We have come to this store numerous times, it is a favorite. In the last 6 months, we have gotten the food we came for ONCE.... There?s always some excuse about needing to prioritize the mobile line, but the mobile line takes HOURS from the scheduled pickup time. Today, we ordered our food and got to the end of the line. We ordered our guacamole. They ignored us. Then anotherwoman came and took the 1/4 full tub away, put a lid on it, and stored it in the fridge. When we asked for it again, they said?oh, it was empty.? We pointed out that we saw them take the tub, and then they started giving some excuses about temperature.But they refused to scoop some out of the mobile line?even when we watched them serve it 10 minutes later. They clearly are onlyworried about mobile orders, and yet when we order it online, we still don?t actually get to eat what is available. Chipotle's is the place to go for excellent service and Mexican Dishes. No doubt about it! When we arrived it was busy but the... servers smoothly reduced the line and served us well. The food servings were bountiful and well worth the money. Parking wasample and the restaurant clean and tidy. It's a brand new place and everything looked great. Plenty of seating for individualswho like bar chairs and tables for at least 8 to 10. A GREAT EXPERIENCE all the way around. Adios! Read more

I was beyond excited to see a Chipotle open in Titusville. I have been a few times and wanted to give it a chance as any new... place has hiccups. Yesterday was my last visit to this location. The cleanliness of this restaurant is beyond awful, I havepictures but will not post due to exposing employees (most underage) who should know better. The manager needs to step up andtrain their folks about cleanliness. The kicker do not order pickup ever! There is a young lady with very long dreads they wereall over the counter touching the food, dragging on the counter. She would swing her head and it would drag across the tortilla.I have never seen anything more disgusting. All the dirty empty pans piled high next to food they are preparing. They newmanagement, new training. I even tried the Chipotle customer service # that is more difficult to get through than robbing abank. Also, what is with all the extra fees when picking delivery on the app. My total would of been $49.10 if I chosedelivery, I did pick up for $38.90. There was a service and delivery fee. Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a Pollo Asada bowl and paid almost $4 for extra chicken and I barely have a single... order of chicken on my bowl let alone "extra". For a new chain restaurant finally in Titusville, this is beyond a let down!! Ifyou cannot read a screen and provide what was requested properly than find another job! I went in on a Thursday night around 5 and ordered at the counter. Line to the door, standing in line took about 30min. It's a... new place- no biggie. Everyone working was busy, friendly, and overall it was a positive experience. I ordered a burrito and akids meal and I found both to be fresh and well portioned. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had ordering food. Ordered a burrito, chicken bowl, 3 orders of chips and salsa, and quesadilla and... was given a wait time of 2 hours. Ended up being over 3 hours and finally got home to find out that the burrito was missing aswell as all of the chips. The portions were tiny and packaged in a mess. My side of beans was 2 small bites worth. I tried tocall and got no answer. I worked hard for this $40.00 garbage mini dinner and will definitely pursue getting my money back. Thisplace will not get my business again. New or not, this was completely unacceptable. Obviously I had to give one star but I wouldgive zero if possible. Read more

Finally Titusville has a Chipotle. Yes, I am a fan and tried them out today. Lunch crowd was as expected and service was fast... despite new work crew. Servers were upbeat, generous, and showed excitement in their craft. Food was up to expectation if youare an experienced consumer ???? For some reason my steak salad was even better than I normally feel, but it has been a longwait for this location. Diet Coke always taste better at Chipotle too (what?s their secret?). Outside patio has a limited viewacross US-1 to Indian River and Kennedy Space Center. All and all, just the good meal experience you expect from a greatfranchise. Read more
