Don't go to this dunkin donuts if your on a time crunch, the new staff isn't organised enough to work the drive thru, it took 23... minutes for me to get 1 donut for my son. The drive thru only takes one order at a time, so you will wait at the order box untilthey are done with the one car at the pick up window. They really need drive thru training on how to take order after order, sothey can get customers done fast. The staff is extremely nice, they just need training. Old review from 2021 (I read thereviews, they have new staff????Top customer service, Autumn is amazing at the drive-thru, so kind and always has a smile???? Hit or miss. They run out of stuff like many other places so it is what it is The drive thru person is either super nice or the... complete opposite. Drive thru wait is pretty quick even if there is a line. Read more
I know this location gets some negative feedback but I haven?t really had any issues. Have there be mistakes or delays, yes, but... when short staffed or products are back ordered they can?t help it. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant. Read more
This is by far the worst DD in Titusville/ Mims. The manager appeared to be working very hard but running around made him seem a... little chaotic. He kept taking the employees off whatever task they were doing to do something else causing things to delay evenfurther. I placed a mobile order and when I walked in my food was ready but not my drink. I had to wait for a while before Icould get anyones attention. Then when I told the girl I still needed a drink she looked at me like ?are you serious? Therewere four employees and I was the only one in the building and when I came in there like two cars in the drive through. I had aregular latte and I had to wait 15 min for them to make one drink that they forgot about. Needless to say I won?t be going backto that Dunkin. Read more
Whoever the girls working this morning were deserve a raise!! Every time I?m there these two are so sweet. They were slammed... this morning and seemed to be struggling a little bit (school just started there was a line of cars to garden and inside had aline as well) and they were doing a great job!!!! Drive thru - no one there. No one in line. Totally empty & when the server answered the mic & I spoke, I was told to wait! ... Wait? For what? Not even polite but rudely, WAIT! I only started speaking because I heard a voice. Lord knows you can't tellwhat the person on the other end is even saying because of the horrible walkie talkie equipment. I had to wait because theydidn't have enough coffee on hand to fill my order!!!! Really? No people inside, no people in drive thru & there wasn't enoughcoffee?? I mean I seldom give a bad rating without trying to relay an upside to my experience but there just wasn't an upside! After waiting for the coffee (order of 4) I had to ask for a carrier as they were being handed over 1 at a time thru the window. It's Dunkin Donuts, coffee is your business. I can't even say if the end product was good or not because I was so miffed. I'llbe looking for another location or perhaps I'll find a Wa Wa's close? I feel just so let down. Horrible! I tried to put NO STARS for this meal and location but Google will not allow... My daughter warned me of the bad... customer service and food quality, but today I was in a rush and was really craving the so called famous "Maple Bacon EggCroissant" well I should have listened! Look at the picture 1 which was cool/warm not hot, had maybe one strip of old and smallpiece of bacon and dry to the taste. I will never go back there again. I came home and cooked my own bacon and added to thisso called great breakfast sandwich. I paid $4.69 for this terrible food. If I can save you the hassles & listen to yourinstincts!!! Read more
