I mean, it's KFC. This is not fine dining. This is a meal that says "I am good enough to make you not hungry anymore." Service... here was pleasant but the drive through line took way longer than it should have. Read more
The staff are great. The eating area is needs a good cleaning. Felt so dirty when I ate my food. My complaint is the cleanliness... of the place. Staff need to go out often and wipe down the tables and seats to include sweep and mop the floors. Read more
Titusville Florida store. 2 weeks ago I went on Friday evening and they had no bone in chicken ready. It was going to be 30... minutes. Tonight they had no Tenders or Cole slaw. It would be nice to have a decent chicken place in town. Read more
I went to the drive-thru. The chicken is good prices are a bit high and the help is not friendly at all. I'm not sure it's... necessary that they be friendly to sell me chicken, but it is nice to have someone at least be polite it's selling yousomething. Read more
Needs new manager, I went there today at 11:30 a.m. and was my first time in Titusville. Wow !!! this place is awful. Driving... up to this place the area is riddled with trash which is the first sign of poor management. We had an 8 piece family dinner andno drinks. The biscuits were hard as a rock and had to be 1-2 days old. The chicken was soggy and possibly microwaved to heatup. The fries had to be at least 2 hours old and stale. The beans were ok but, had an aftertaste resembling a preservative. The Mac n cheese was the on,y thing that was decent. This place is terrible and never going back here again. I've never been yelled at in a restaurant. Until now. Immediately after entering the cashier yelled at me, "You have a mobile... order!" ???? I was speechless looked at the other customers in line in bewilderment, and she repeated the yell. I turned aroundthinking she was already engaged at yelling at someone else, and she yelled a third time. It wasn't noisy inside. There was noreason to scream. A polite "hello" or "welcome to KFC" would have sufficed. ???? But yelling is what management allows here. Iasked if I need to order off my phone and she screamed, "No, its drive thru only!!!" ???? (There was an outdated looking sign onthe door, but I figured it was old because there were no renovations going on, and there a dozen people inside). I heard heryelling before I entered. Someone was ordering and she screamed at them, "We haven't served grilled chicken in over 3 years! Andwe're short staffed!" Unbelievable. We didn't order. I just quietly left with my tail between my legs. Such a shame for a placeto be managed in this manner. The cashier should be terminated immediately. Read more
I used to work at a KFC in the 70s. I have only stopped at a KFC a few times since then. The oil is different now. Kind of a... boaring taste now.. I ordered a 2 piece white meal. I got a thigh and a wing. She gave me a replacement breast without asmile.:(. Read more
