Restaurant was clean, and I was served by a very friendly and polite woman. There was a mix up with my order (honestly not sure... if the mistake was mine or theirs, but if I had to guess, I'd say more likely it was mine) but it was made right with noarguments and in good time. I hadn't eaten a Krystal in years so I decided to drop in and reacquaint myself with them. The lady who took my order was very... nice and the burgers were as good as I remember them, though next time I'll probably go for a few less lol. I gorged on them(like old times) and that was definitely a mistake. Everything there was great though and I'll see you all again, but don't tellmy wife hahahaha. Building is run down, the staff has a poor attitude. They don't care if you get your food or not. After we got.out food, they... told customers that it would be 30 minutes to get burgers. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Won't be back. Read more
The person who took our order was super rude. He was leaning on the counter looking around the dining area. We were the only... people at the counter. He basically ignored us. I had to ask if he was taking orders and then he barely responded. Very rudewhen we ordered. We won?t be eating here again. Read more
My first time here, but had a little bit of an issue with the a la carte versus combo when they had no fries or anything fried... to offer with the combo due to a fryer issue. The manager was super friendly and made things right without any hassle orproblem. They also offer first responder discounts. Read more
Recently moved to the area and grabbed this for a quick bite because I?ve never had it before. I got myself a meal and my dogs a... couple little hamburgers. I enjoyed it. The fries were crispy and really good. My dogs devoured them and I couldn?t finishbecause it was a good amount of food. The team on the headset and behind the drive thru doors was vey pleasant. 3 bay ppl running place preteended to be closed so came back an hour later took 20 min to get my order even taken. Currently... have been waiting on my food almost an hour with 1 guy ahead of me. Watched them argue and talk about fighting cursing at us ascustomers. Now are telling everyone they are to busy to take orders but there?s only 3 of us here. First and last time here. I didn?t know the Krystal?s came with mustard and there was a hair on one. The cook had long hair past... her back , not tied back, with no hair net. The cashier was rude and annoyed when I notified her then proceeded to make us wait20 min for new food without hair and mustard.The inside was dirty and not kept up. There was a funny smell inside as well. Atruck stop bathroom is better up-kept than this dining area. Read more
