There was only 2 staff and neither one had gloves or hair nets. They had their hands on everything and didn't even think about... washing their hands. Not sure if it's been like this lately but avoid the night shift. The cashier seem like he's a good personbut I can't accept this. So after 4 months since I've been here and it got worse, Need to fire staff or something! Meisie S wasunprofessional and rude. She act like she didn't care about her job at all. Great quality, tasty food. Only problem I had is that only around 70% of the time, it's good quality. I'm not sure who it is,... but one of the people in charge of making the pizzas puts wayyy too sauce. Like an absurd amount. If it were in percentages,sauce would make up about 85% of the pizza. Other than that, all the other employees (or so I've seen) have been kind, goodspirited, and got my food ready as quick as possible (if not hot and ready). They also get the new promotional menu items reallyquickly, so nine times out of ten if you saw an advertisement on TV for some promotional deal, this particular Little Ceasers isgreat at getting it out there. Overall, 8/10. On a little fun note, they have a quarter machine that dispenses bouncy balls. Ifthe bouncy ball you get has a Little Ceasers logo, you get a free crazy bread on them! Read more
The food is decent. I mean it's Little Caesar's. The reason I didn't give them a 5 star, is because the pizza looked like it was... cut by a blind, schizophrenic pizza person. Some of the pieces were very small, and one piece was almost half the size of thepizza. lol Read more
Our first time getting pizza was undercooked, the store GM offered to replace the pizza for free. I tried their pizza again and... once more the pizza was undercooked and the dough was mush and unappetizing. We took it back to the store only to have them turnus away and refusing to make my order right. Very disappointing and this is a reflection of the store GM not caring about hisproduct. Read more

I ordered and paid online for an estimated pick up time of 6:46. I arrived at 6:50 but had not yet received a notification that... my order was ready. I proceeded inside and saw that they were very busy and short staffed. No worries, I don't mind waiting afew extra minutes. 40 minutes later, I still have not received my order. A gentleman walks in orders a large pepperoni pizza(part of what my order included) and is served within 5 minutes. I asked the manager why that man was served before my order wascompleted, after waiting 40 minutes past it's scheduled pick up time. He immediate, rude, and unnecessarily loud response was. "I don't know what you ordered, I asked who was next and he stepped up, I can give you a refund, or you need to step aside!"After a few seconds of back and forth I told him to give me the refund. He processed it and as I walked out shouted,"If anyoneelse wants a refund, I'll be happy to give it!!" I understand being short staffed, but it doesn't make an excuse for not beingable to process your orders in a first come first serve manner. Been eating pizza here for well over 20+ years, but no more. They don't process gift cards online or through the app, nor will... they honor them if they don't go through their machine at the store. The operating manager I spoke to had no solutions andobviously doesn't seem to care at this point. I'll be going elsewhere from here out. Read more
