Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing!!! The staff is so kind and attentive. The food is SOOOO good!!! The... fried chicken was so moist and delicious!!! My husband got the BBQ meatloaf which was great as well!!! My family and I are hugefood network fans and the kids were so excited to meet the owner and get a picture with him! Featured in Restaurant Impossible, the food is delicious and the portions are huge! The renovations are beautiful, so don't let... the exterior fool you. There's an odd partition between the dining area and the counter, but you can walk on either side ofit. I was not really hungry when the family and I came in, so I got an order of lizzard appetizer as my entree. It was a largeportion and I had leftovers! E shared fried green tomatoes and they were good. The sauce was amazing. The short ribs that mydaughter got were the best! My hubby's pork chop was good. We overheard the server mention a cake for dessert, but she highlyrecommended the Banana Pudding. It was good. My Hubby is a huge banana fan so he, of course, liked it. I think all BananaPudding tastes the same, so i couldn't judge. Despite the prices being a little high, the service was excellent and food wasgreat. We will definitely be back. Read more
