Did online order stated 28 to 38 min for delivery Paid online added tip . 1 hour goes by I call manager states I shouldn't have... be quoted that time ok no biggie I say Ill just come pick it up . Literally the worst experience I?ve ever had. I feel like I?ve been stolen from. I ordered $30 worth of food, added a 15% tip... and my food didn?t show up until 2.5 hrs later. It was obviously cold and the driver literally couldn?t care less. He and thestore got their money. Now I?m out this money with food I can?t eat. I called back they told me they would credit my account.But in order to use it I would have return. If you think to check reviews before ordering, please for the love of god, save yourmoney. Just ordered dinner and asked if I could get onion on my sandwich the lady said you can only pick 3 items and I picked to makes... my own sandwich so I picked beef bacon cheese. Asked for onion. They said no. I said I will pay extra for onion. No we haveonion but no we won?t sell you any. What the hell? Read more
It would have been a zero review for this rude employee- I think he is the manager. This healthy white guy. Papa John?s should... have taught some politeness and manners to this person. Shame on the brand to have not given them feedback and proper training.He might be going through some personal issues or whatever but he has no rights to talk to the customer so rudely. The worst deliver experience I?ve ever had. Order was placed at 7PM for 3 items, pizza, flatbread, soda. App says 11-22 minutes... to be delivered, email says 33 minute estimate. As of 8, the order hasn?t been delivered, the tracker app no longer has a driveron it, and the store doesn?t have a working phone and the app tries to keep you from reaching an actual person to request arefund. I have never ordered delivery from a pizza joint that wasn?t delivered or the driver didn?t at least try to reach out.This store is absolute trash. Read more

Ordered a Shaq a roni pizza and there wasn?t any pepperoni on it. It?s listed on the side of the box with the other ingredients... and that?s the only place you?ll find it. $27.98 lost, place sucks and won?t be back. Read more
