Sonic is yet another victim of the "spreading the workload thin" mentality that every fast food chain and retail establishment... has adopted. That essentially means they cut hours significantly for the employees that work there and only recruit a few ofthem at all times meanwhile these establishments are incredibly busy during peak hours of the day. That cuts into the quality ofthe service and the food, and that is not a smart long-term plan. These establishments are going to run into issues down theline if they keep going this direction, and that will impact the consumers patients and willingness to keep shopping at theseplaces. Maybe that is for the best in the long term, but I'm not too sure. They get two stars out of five instead of just onesince the food itself is good even though I haven't eaten there in months since adopting a vegan lifestyle, and they're onlyvegan item that I know of are the tots which has to be said are tasty. Very poor service. I likely won?t visit any Sonic any time soon. I pulled into a drive up bay. The person who answered said just... a minute, but left the mic open? she helped probably 3-4 customers, slowly chatting with each one likely fishing for a tip. Themanager who was directing the crew sounded confused and unorganized, as I could hear everything from the open mic. I patientlywaited until I asked ?May I please order?? which she replies with an annoyed ?give me a minute.? I left immediately. I didn't buy anything. I changed my mind when I remembered they charged me 30 cents for a cup of water. Most places offer free... water. I haven't worked in 3 months. There must be cheaper cups they can use or other options. It's hot outside people need tostay hydrated I just waited till I got home. Read more
This location I?ve tried to give multiple chances I order the same thing from every sonic in the area multiple times a... week?their jr bfast burrito now 3x in a row is the tiniest thing you?ve ever seen compared to ANY other location we are talkinghalf the size. And it is filled with inedible eggs. We are talking they are so hard and crunchy it?s like they just scooped theedges of the grill and that?s what they put into it. I tried taking off the extra wrap but after one bite of the egg I gave up.I won?t be coming back to this location unless something changes and it?s literally right next to my house. Read more
Ordered a large popcorn chicken for dinner all of it was batter no actual chicken as you can see I separated what was actually... edible. Also ordered tater tots they didn't have enough to fill up the containers so put fries on the bottom to make it lookfull... SMH Read more
Would give 0 stars as there is no excuse for moldy food. I didn't know that I had to check my food over before eating. As you... can see, I had eaten about a quarter of my coney dog before I noticed the green mold on the bread. Had i not noticed it, I wouldhave eaten the whole thing with out knowing. I feel really disgusted having known I already ate it. Makes me want to throw up. Ihope it doesn't make me sick. Made me think what else is in my food if they can't control proper food storage. I am sorry but Iam so mad I can not go there again. Not to mention the wait time in drive thru was excruciatingly painful. Read more
????Great Milkshakes to End the Day???? I admittedly haven't been to this Sonic location since 2021 nor have I tried any of... their savory menu items, but every visit I've had at this location has ended with a delicious milkshake. I've enjoyed Sonic'svariety of seasonal and limited-edition milkshakes (including one featuring a particularly generous scoop of cookie dough ontop)! While I enjoy a hot fudge milkshake as much as a peanut butter cup- or strawberry shortcake-flavored one, the cookie doughvariant keeps me coming back with its mini-marshmallow-sized cubes of chewy-good dough bits.
