This location wasn't even worth the one star. The people they hire don't want to work so they make you wait in the Drive-Thru... line for about 30 minutes until you leave. I drove beside the building and I asked the guy what is the problem and he told me wehave no manager am I looking for a job? I said I'll let corporate know that way we can get this handle the right way. My kidswere excited to eat but they couldn't even eat we had to go somewhere else after waiting 45 minutes. Read more
For as long as I've been an adult, Taco Bell has usually provided good food at a good price.. it seems to be consistent.... However, for the same period of time their stores have been and still are ridiculously dirty! I've never worked in the industry,but I assume corporate policy is responsible, and store managers work to bare-minimum standards as relates to the condition ofthe store. Also, they should be more clear about store hours! All of the local stores indicate they are open till 1:00 a.m. onweekends & close slightly earlier on some weekdays, However when placing an order using their app, and inputting the pickup timeas 10:30 pm (Sat), the doors are locked and you're required to wait in drive-thru line to get an order placed 95 minutesearlier!! My wife and I stopped in to eat usually we have bad experiences such as our order being wrong when we get home and have to run... back but not tonight I wanna give a shot out to the night crew tonight NO Mistake ???? All the tacos were also very welledfilled up!! Thanks guys amazing Read more
Wow, so cheap and yet really hot the spot, I mean you can?t give a Taco Bell 5 star really, it is what it is. But this place was... what you expect from a Taco Bell and it served its purpose well. My only gripe is I turned up at about 9.40pm but couldn?t gointo the restaurant despite them being open until 10pm I thought. Maybe I?m wrong on that one. Read more
It was late on a Tuesday night. There were several cars in line. We moved through the line quickly. We had a complicated order.... They handed it out the window very fast. So fast in fact I thought to myself, "wow, that was too fast. They must've screwedsomething up for sure." Well I was completely wrong. Our order was perfect. Even our sauces and extra napkins. Price doubled, quality of service got worse. You can't even walk in anymore. I don't think that it is good value for the money.... This place is taking inflation too seriously compared to other fast food chains. I was in and out of the line reasonably quick. The only issue we had is that I was handed the wrong food in the drive thru, I... pull up to check it and go back to the window, the employee realized the food went to the wrong person and proceeded to takeback the food they gave me that I hand my hands on and gave it to the person inside it belonged to without remaking it.
