Food was good but had quite a wait to get it. I believe like so many places they are struggling be suse of being under staffed.
Ordered on the app. The order in the take out pod was not mine. They lost mine, they then had to remake it. It took them over... 45 minutes to get me my pizza and I was not offered any kind of compensation for the mistake or my time. Read more
Used the app. Got there at the "ready" time. My name was on the machine but slot was empty. Teenager (manager) checked on it... three times over twenty minutes. The teenagers in the back cursed at her continuously. I asked for a manager. A girl came outwho might have been 16. She said she was a manager. I ask if my pizza was coming anytime soon. She went to the back and wascursed at. I then requested a hot and ready instead of my custom order. So I the end, by using the app, I waited an extra halfhour and paid more then twice as much for a hot and ready. I spent $14. Who let's a bunch of teenagers run a business andexpect it to go smoothly? Totally ridiculous. It will be a long while before I go back to a Little Caesars. Read more
Today ordered a pizza over the phone and the man told me 30 minutes which is longer than normal so I went in slow motion to do... some things so I could pick up my pizza to return home. I arrived and was asked how can we help you and I replied I'm here topick up an order. She said there's no order on file so she then took my order and said it would be 8 minutes which is quick. When I arrived home I saw where I got the quickie pizza, half the pepperoni and very spare on cheese and sauce. The outer 2inches of the pizza were basically bare and this was without a doubt the worst pizza ever from Little Caesars, but I'll returnfor I like their pizzas and I guess they just had a bad day......it happens. lol Read more
I placed my order online. We were to receive an email when it was ready. We never got an email. I went in when we arrived there... and our order was in the portal. I never checked our order. We live an hour away from this store. When we got home, one of ourpizzas was pepperoni. The order tag on the box said cheese, which is what I ordered. Other than that, everything tasted great.
