The place smells like an ashtray. If this run by the State, why can you smoke in it. YOU can't smoke at the beach. The smell... will have you out the door within minutes. DISGUSTING. Awful experience. This state run dump is horrible.The pit bosses are incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is a tremendous... lack of customer service on several levels. The only positive feedback about the place is the friendly, albeit inexperienceddealers who are smiling and pleasant. I don't recommend spending your hard earned money at this low brow establishment. Youwould have a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience at mohegan sun most likely. Read more
