The four of us were ready to talk and we found the perfect place to do so. Friendly front of staff, fabulous food and excellent... wine. We selected a number of tapas plates while we sipped on the Cava, and they arrived in a steady stream, but perfectlypaced. Octopus, plantain, artichokes, salad,.. We realised we need to talk more, so the prawns, yuca fries and rice - plus aterrific tempranillo. This is a place to embrace and support. It was excellent - go now! Read more

What a delightful evening of exquisite food and wines. We were enchanted to Meet one of the owners Marisi who helped us with the... wine selections and also explained the dishes and the anecdotes related to them. Our first time back at Rojo since covid began. A beautiful new outdoor back garden has been created, and it is a lovely space... for a leisurely tapas dinner. Since we were 4 people, it was great to be able to enjoy so many of the tempting dishes. Serviceis pleasant and willing, although a bit slow, but it didn't matter in such a pleasant, relaxed, and happy setting. It was very quiet the night I went so my friend and I had lots of one on ones with the host; the food was excellent and she... cared enough to make sure every wine paired well with the cheese board and meals. For dessert, I enjoyed the 30 year old port.It's not often I have no negatives so let me say that these 5 stars are well earned. Read more

We have long been going to Rojo and always... like the warm and friendly atmosphere, the reliably good food and wonderful wine list! Now, Rojo has taken itself to a whole newlevel by creating a wonderful, serene and calm outdoor space!
