We have eaten here many times. We haven?t been lately due to work schedule plus we drive about 30 miles one way. We were in... about 3 weeks ago and ordered the ribs and shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits came out cold and my ribs seemed old anddry.Sent grits back and they microwaved it I believe. It was just gummy and inedible. Told server and he asked if we would liketo talk to the manager. We said yes but never saw her. She took the shrimp and grits off the bill, but I felt like she didn?twant to fool with us. Excellent dinner, atmosphere and service. Our first time there and our food was very good. My burger was cooked prefect and... juice. My husband salmon salad was great. Our server Ceira was great!!! Every time I've had food here, it has always been great, plus the manager has always been nice and understanding and checks on... tables frequently. Like I said, the food is phenomenal and a great place to go. Sometimes people tend to get a bit loud androwdy but I can't blame that on the place. Overall, a good 10/10 restaurant. Read more

Had an hour for lunch and I had to wait to be seated. After 20 minutes I had a tea and a menu and the bartender was in the... kitchen texting on her phone. A truly terrible experience. I left $3 for the tea and left. My lunch today. Thanks. Read more

A little busy on Monday evening seeing as how it's one of the few restaurants open. But, the service was good and very polite.... We had the Hawaiian Chicken and 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. Both were tender and tasty. Read more

07/05 COACH'S STRIKES OUT! Came to restaurant and was seated, did not asked to be seated in the bar area which was extremely... loud. The bartender brought our drinks quickly and promptly took our order. That's where the wheels fell off. 45 minutes laterwe still had no food, another patron who came in way after we did got food and yet still nothing. Bartender came to refill teabut didn't say anything about the food coming out or anything. Finally we asked the host to send the manager over. Manager cameout from what I assume was the kitchen. We explained our long wait for a chicken sandwich and hot dogs. He did not seem to tryand see what was going on, we asked the bartender for the check for our drinks. You would think there would have been no chargesince we waited forever and didn't get the food. This level of service was much better at least a year ago. Not going back. Being completely honest, I believe this was one of the best restaurants I have EVER eaten at. All the food was incredible, from... appetizer to dinner. The sampler platter was more than enough for our family, and the entrees were incredible. Out of all theplates we tried, the home run was the chicken and broccoli Alfredo, but everything was awesome. 4/17/21 We were planning to eat at 13 bones but they were extremely busy that Saturday night. We decided to try out Coach's, and... we did not regret our decision! Although they were also busy, there was no wait time. I ordered the bbq chicken plate, and I wasimpressed by how much food I received. Everything was delicious. The mashed potatoes were buttery and creamy. The roasted cornwas a banger. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The service was awesome too. We were seated immediately. We were checked on,and she kept our drinks filled. They have plenty of TVs, and the vibe was lively. I would def recommend others to try thisplace! Read more
