In town for the weekend, found this place by google maps. So glad we went! Great pizza and clean restaurant. Unlike most other... pizza?s, there was no grease on the top! Was driving back to Raleigh and wanted to get dinner on the way. A quick search for pizza place brought me to this one. Being a... vegetarian, I like that we can add as many toppings on the pizza. I've heard of D.I. Pie previously, but only got around to eating there under their new management shortly after their grand... reopening. My wife and I got the all day lunch special, $9 for a small personal pizza, salad and drink. It's like Moe'sSouthwest Grill in that you build you're own pizza. The cheese is hand grated, the dough is hand made, etc. The salad isextremely good. We loved the fresh olives, roasted red peppers, etc. My wife loved the fresh artichoke in her salad. The pizzawas fantastic! Fresh ingredients. I really tasted the grated parmesan and ramona cheese. The sauce was good and sweet by itselfbut not overpowering whatsoever to the overall taste. The dough is without crust and thin. Better tasting than Little Caesars,my go to cheap pizza! We definitely recommend. The new owners are friendly and treat their customers like family. And it's nosecret that we used to go to church with the new owners, so we're kind of biased towards them, but the food speaks for itself!You won't regret stopping by. Read more

Pizza here is very good, exceeded my expectations. Staff is very friendly and guide you through the experience. Been here 3... times and everytime the food has been amazing. Highly recommended. Doesnt take long either, was there one time with 10 peopleahead of me and I was serviced fairly quickly. Ingredients are fresh and put many topics as you want for the same price. Nice little place that just recently opened. Really good pizza greatly recommended. The process is you walk in choose the size... of your crust, then they give you the options of adding whichever toppings you want. Starting from cheeses, vegetables, andmeats.
