Every single time I?ve ordered through the drive thru I?ve waited 10 plus minutes and the order is incorrect . A receipt is... never offered and they close the window before you can even speak. Updated 9/13/2022. I haven't had any problems lately when we go in there to eat. Everyone has been doing a great job with our... food. The employees and managers are friendly and helpful. I did have to complain about a female employee awhile back ago fornot moving a stack of crates that were right on top of us that had stock, which was higher than me and I am 5'11ft. Then she gotright up in our personal space while we were eating. She was so close that she could have laid across the table. Then she got upreally close behind me. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we couldn't even have a conversation. This girl knows we come inevery single night at the same time and sit at the same table. I believe she deliberately rolled that very high stack of cratesin the dining room near the table we like to sit at on purpose whenshe saw us come in. You don't roll your stock in the diningroom were people are sitting and sit out all your stock on other tables all around close to us like that. When we left, I wasso mad that I was telling my boyfriend about it in the car. She stood there at the window and just stared at us for a minute.She knew I was mad. Then when we came in alot of times, she would follow us around, acting like she was putting up returns orshopping. I felt like she thought we were stealing something. We don't never steal anything. We always pay for everything weget. One night, she saw me standing at the corner waiting for my boyfriend to get out of the restroom. She comes halfway downthe aisle and starts acting like she was cleaning counters. She stared at me and gave me the awfulest weird expression evermaking me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, it was taken care of when I complained on her. She is now back on first and secondshift. Very busy little place. Bathrooms were good but did need a quick clean. Food was good, but not great. Everyone was friendly... enough. Lots of choices. Just be careful, as I said this place is busy and not that big. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could, me and my wife ordered wraps, after paying for them we were told an item wasn't available but... still paid for it. We should have been told before paying for it. Also the wraps didnt have the correct items on it and weren'teven done right, they were bare and falling apart. If the staff wasn't busy talking and joking maybe it would have been alotbetter. This Sheetz is my favorite Sheetz. I've been to many, but I love this Sheetz. One lady employee named Bridgette is rude and... hateful, I dread seeing her at the register when I come here, but even she don't deter me from visiting this particular Sheetz &doesn't take away from the many other wonderful and sweet employees. And I love the food. I would also like to say, "stay safeLip, we miss ya already!" Cheap fuel when we travel to our property in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The location is pretty clean from my experience. I don?t... eat gas station food and wouldn?t be able to speak to that. Easy on and off of Interstate 74. Read more
Don?t want to give a bad review just wanted to put my opinion. I always love sheetz this place was nice but could use a deep... clean. Also my boyfriend and I both thought it was strange that the cracks to the stalls in the bathroom line up with thetoilet. Makes you uncomfortable when trying to use the bathroom.
