The staff are nice and friendly and i love their food, however, every time we order the chips and cheese, the cheese is only... about 1/3 full. The condiment cup is already super small. It's ridiculous! And the skimpy servings, it's cheaper to go to a sitdown Mexican restaurant, just ridiculous. Read more
It is a rare time when i leave a review on anything. Almost never do i bother writing, reading, or even acknowledging the google... review feature. But this time, it's warrented. I am writing this approximately 20 minutes after the worst experience I've everhad at ANY taco bell--let alone this one. It was sheer ridiculousness that i had to wait from 7:30 pm (when i placed the order),to when i received my food at almost 10:00 pm. Not to mention that that's wasn't even the worst part. The doordash driveralmost lost their job thanks to the incompetent buffoons behind the grill at this location. They waited over an hour in line,and was pulled forward right when they got to the window. This experience was completely unacceptable from a so-called "fastfood place". It's no surprise that taco bell is fading from the public eye, if there are more locations than this with suchissues like the one that almost cost me my food, as well as a doordasher their job. I can only see failure in the future of thisrestaurant, unless the owner, managers, and whoever else considers themselves in charge here to get their head on straight. I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito today. When I got it home and started eating, it was all tortilla, very little... steak at all and all of it was on one side of the burrito. It had no other toppings except nacho cheese. Maybe that's what it'ssupposed to be but that is not the way it appears in the photos. I also ordered a mango freeze which I had to ask for becausethe person at the window closed the window and turned away. When he opened it again and I told him I needed my mango freeze, helooked confused, checked his screen, then picked one up that had been sitting on top of the drink machine and started to hand itto me. It was over half melted. I had to ask for a fresh one. Then he gave me a regular size when I paid for a large. I didn'trealize it until I'd driven away. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, I understand price increases , however spending 13.00 on a meal(6) chalupa x2 and a taco... with a drink. But when you get home and realize they put a teaspoon of meat and hardly no toppings it really isn?t worth it .Should of just got regular soft tacos. Do better Taco Bell. Read more
Only gave an extra star because the lady at the drive thru window is always friendly. They NEVER get your order correct. Ask for... sauce packets, receive none. Order a double beefy CRUNCH burrito and get no tortilla strips in the burrito. It never getsbetter. Whatever happened to attention to detail? Or simply informing the customer "we're out of that item"? Now I understandwhy the lines aren't as long lately. Read more
We ordered our food on the mobile order stations. My sister stopped up at the registers to pay for about 5 minutes before anyone... noticed her, im guessing they may be short staffed. On the other hand we got our food and it was so fresh and delicious. Ourspecific orders were done correctly and the food was hot and yummy. What the heck? Beware! I ordered 3 tacos and they were practically empty. I feel I was cheated on purpose by this strange Taco... Bell. Each taco had less than one teaspoon of meat and a few shreds of cheese and lettuce. I also ordered tomatoes to add anddid not receive them. I didn't discover this until I was miles away. I saw a woman in the car in front of me gesturing at theorder window, with a wrapper in her hand. Now I know why. And several other reviewers here were also ripped off by thislocation. Read more
It is 10:00pm Caitlin T took my order. The lights were off and I had to asked them to turn on the lights to the menu so I could... order. I was about to drive away until they tried to turn it on. Then, they asked me to park and wait for it.
