I loved the buffalo chicken sliders. I was sad to see that they do not sale the pizza sliders anymore. The people were very nice
I had a free milkshake for my birthday on the arbys app.. They said they did not have a scanner for the QR code and they... couldn't give it to me.. If you know you don't have scanners then why even send it out or put it on my app as a reward?? It saidI had to buy something and I chose Arby's because of getting a free medium shake.. She apologized for it and I don't blamethem.. She just works there.. I just know better from now on to go to my usual places.. This app and rewards are false.. Read more

We sometimes eat out on Sunday , we decide which restaurant we want to eat at and we chose Arby's, We ate many choices of our... own and sliders I chose, one chose Cajun fish wrap and another fish dinner , we were very pleased with foods cookedfresh.Workers were very polite which makes the time spent very good. Drive through order taker was pleasant and clear to hear on the intercom. When we got to the window the gentleman was pleasant... enough but when he made a milkshake it was a cup full of ice cream not milkshake. But it is all good. Read more
This was supposed to be a regular roast beef sandwich. The bread was the only thing fresh. The meat was super dark and super... thick. I also had to wait about 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some chicken strips in the drive-thru. Do better. Read more
The burgers were raw and when we hit the lady was rude about she kept asking what was wrong with it even though we said I was... raw it took someone else coming over for her to hear it was raw and then she said it looked really pink.
