The pizza was good, warm not hot. Won't use delivery again. I always tip at least 25% but when you add in an additional $4.99... for delivery and I live 2 miles from the place it's not worth it. Order and pick it up yourself, it won't be any colder than ifit was delivered but it will cost a whole lot less. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 6:00 this evening, for delivery. We are in a camp ground. Put address to camp ground, and specific... instructions; ?last row 1/2 way down lot #, and the camper brand? delivery driver comes, hubby is out side waiting, sees driver,driver looked right at him, and LEFT, didn?t get out and ask ?hey where?s lot #?? He just left. Hubby calls store back talks tomanager who tells him he will make another pizza and get it out to us in about and hour, mind you the first delivery had beenabout 45 minutes. 2, yes I said 2 hours later, it is now 8:50pm they finally show up, with a cold pizza. Order from them every week, with no problems until lately. Ordered a bbq chicken kapadia and it was filled with there sweet... peppers. Which I can't eat. Ended up throwing up after that. Tonight I ordered a bbq chicken pizza, it came with no bbq sauce.Called and they sent another one out. Was just as bad. Come on sauce is cheap. Read more
I wish I didn't have to give them a 1 star to leave this review. I ordered one pizza for delivery and asked multiple times for... them to be sure they brought the crushed red pepper and garlic butter. I actually told them I was going to tip big because Ireally wanted them to get it right because they never have in the past. Not only did it come one hr and 30 minutes later (afterthey told me it would be 30 minutes max) but they again forgot the 2 simple things I asked for. Thanks to Google for changing and putting the incorrect Rd name, having to call and actually speak to this location management... wants to argue and be rude instead of listen to the customers about what the location and street name is instead don?t contactthe customer for 2 hours and cancel an order which the refund took a week to even receive back. We had a basic order. Large pepperoni with extra cheese, bread sticks, and a 2 liter Pepsi. The pizza arrived on time, but was... almost cold and tasted like day-old pizza. There was definitely not extra cheese, which we paid for. The ?quality seal? thatensures no one has opened it after it was packaged was torn off, looking like someone had opened it, and the driver forgot ourpepsi at the store. Delivery time after placing order just shy of 2 hours. Pizza delivered was not the pizza I ordered. Called the store. First... phone call was placed on hold greater than 10 minutes. Second phone call management was uncooperative. Asked for contactinformation related to owner of the store. Was told the entire situation was my fault and then the manager hung up on me.
