Order #: B8545CFO-ED The folks running this subway are very rude and can not take a simple order. I did an online order for a... Gatorade and a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, regular mayo, and cheese. I sent my co worker to get it andwhat I received is a sandwich with no pickles and an unreasonable amount of mayo with no Gatorade. She went back for theGatorade but was told very rudely uh we don't carry that. They didn't offer a refund for the drink or a cup for a fountain drinkuntil she demanded a cup. On top of that they are supposed to call you if they don't have a certain item but they failed to dothat as well. Read more
BEWARE OF SUBWAY COUPONS and this Owner Intends to Get Every Last Cent Every Time. WOW- $14.76 for two ice waters and 2 bags... of chips! We had a coupon for buy one sandwich and get a 2nd free which sounded like a deal, but that was not to be at thislocation. First, their drink machine was broken so instead of Coke we opted ice water. The server offered up large cups forthe ice water which sounded good since the machine was broke in the first place. The coupon scam comes when they ring up yourorder and instead of anything that looks like a deal, we were charged $4.00 each for the ice water and $3.38 each for the chips(total cost $14.76). When I asked the server about the $8.00 for 2 ice waters, she informed me that it was the Owner's policyto charge like that and there was nothing she could do; to which I responded, "Then see if your Owner ever gets any more of mymoney!" Beyond the $8.00 for 2 ice waters, this event has made me skeptical of using Subway coupons at any location! Subwayshould rethink their goals with this "coupon shell game" which ultimately ends up driving customers away. Despite the above,for my first and last visit, I did give them two stars because my sandwich was decent, but the overall experience was just wayto expensive for a working man's lunch! I always love going to subway but never this store again. The door to the men's room doesn't lock and I was standing there mid... stream when another guy just walks in and stands there. I left the restroom and went to the counter to order two women with veryunpleasant attitudes were working and seemed very annoyed at having to take anyone's orders. I realize that it was the middle oflunch and they were busy but there was no hello can I take your order or any other pleasantries. The management at this location needs to change, there was one girl working there, she was high school age, left her alone, only... her 4th day on the job, she tried her best to complete the orders, how does someone take a break when they're alone? Go to thebathroom etc, what if she got hurt, definitely violating labor laws, not to mention this location always runs out of the basics,can never get white bread, they were out of steak this time, provolone cheese was gone, total mismanagement, if the linesweren't so long at firehouse I would've never gone here Read more
Today (4/22/22) was my first time eating there. Maybe it was an off day, but my experience was not great. Between their personal... conversations, it took me twice to share what I wanted. The conversation was louder than it should have been, and honestlyshould have been put on pause while customers were in the store. I know more than I need to about a personal problem. The breadwas tough to chew and did not look like the usual Italian bread that I am used to. The Sprite was HORRIBLE, and the lids were1/2 way off the tea dispensers leaving room for anything to fly or fall into the beverage. Most likely my first and last visit. Read more
I feel bad for the employees here. The people are very nice and trying to get it done. This is obviously bad management. I have... continued trying this place over a few years and every time the wait is insane and they are out of basic things. It?s a shame. Read more
Let's start with the good: the sandwich artist was super friendly gets a 5???? rating. The bad: the sandwiches tasted pretty... awful. The bread was stale and the veggies were anything but fresh. The tomatoes were mostly green and yellow so we passed onthem. The "honey mustard" bottle was actually regular mustard. And the bathroom didn't have soap.... leads to hygieneconcerns about the employees, especially when you tell them and they act like it's not a big deal. This particular subway shopis typically dependable on taste and freshness. Normally, I would not have posted a negative review, BUT we brought thefreshness and quality issue up to a different employee (because the first one was busy with other customers) who could not havecared less. This employee suggested we get back in line and have another round of subs made with the same ingredients. Whywould we want to try another sandwich with the same stale bread and old, dry veggies? Besides, our lunch break time had alreadybeen spent. A one star rating for today's experience is being a little too generous. Maybe it'll be better tomorrow?? Read more
Stopped in Toccoa for a 6" Philly sub to take home..Had to wait with other customers while the lone worker completed a large... party order..My $8.00 sandwich was a poor excuse for what they show on TV..My under cooked 6" roll was only 5 1/2 inches long,containing a small amount of meat, 2 small thin slices of tomato and a small amount of lettuce and onion..Talk about beingstingy with the ingredients..This is not the first time I have received from them a poor excuse of a submarine sandwich..Go toBrother John's or Ingle's, you won't be disappointed.
