Normally I've never had any issues with this place, but the store manager Karen is very rude. I was asking for a Mexican pizza... and she yells at me saying they're out and not to ask again. When I said it was okay but I didn't like the attitude andrudeness, she got even more of an attitude. Even the dude running the drive thru told me that the way she spoke to me was out ofline and he was sorry. At least he was nice Read more
The drive throw girl was horrible..She had the worst attitude. It took us 20 plus minutes to get our food. And it wasn't right.... Told her it wasn't all there she said are you sure 3 times after I pull the stuff out and showed her. Ordered on the app still had to wait. First we had to wait forever. Then they forgot part of my order. As I was eating my... quesidilla I bit into a sticker in my food. I checked the burrito and both were wrong. The first one was supposed to havechicken cheese lettuce tomatoes nacho strips and sour cream. The second was the new white hot ranch nacho fries burrito. If i could give negative stars i would. This place is awful. Rude service, they NEVER get your order right. You?re better off... trying to survive off the condiments in your fridge, rather than eat here. I called 15 times to get them to correct my order,and all they did was pick up and hang up the phone. Being busy is one thing, but i preordered on the app and still had to wait15 minutes in the drivethru for all my food to be wrong and to have no labels on it whatsoever. Read more
This taco bell location is the absolute worst around. My wife stopped to get us dinner she ordered herself 3 orders of chips and... cheese sauce, when she got home they gave her the cheese sauce but no chips. How do u even eat the cheese with no chips??! Wehave always had issues with this location. Always forgetting our food or rude employees. This location should definitely be shutdown. Save yourself the drive and go somewhere else. Read more
