Since when did the taco salads look like the size of a side salad that they don't even serve anymore? And employees that work... there at night, change your attitude or work from home. The prices on the menu board don't reflect the actual price. For instance I ordered the spicy chicken combo. The price on the... cash register was 56 cents more than the advertised menu. When I asked why I was told that is for the regular size. The cashregister automatically upgrades your request to a medium. I was told that you have to specifically request the regular sizealthough the menu doesn't indicate that. I know that 56 cents isn't much but this is definitely a case of bait and switch. Read more
Wendy's was slammed yes on this day, but the employees communication with each other and everyones effort to keep up and get... their job completed lead to my husband and I not waiting to long maybe 2 minutes at most and our food was prepared and ready toeat within 5 minutes. I've been increasingly bored with fast food in general, but the strawberry frosty got my attention recently. It was worth the... try. But Jessica Wise made my day the first time I went back. I guess it isn't necessarily the food that matters most to me.It's the people, like her, that make the trip worthwhile, or sometimes not. Love to stop at a Wendy?s. Menu items do appear to be shrinking but I don?t mind that because of the consistent quality. Try the... chili and baked potato for a darn delicious lunch! I love the extras ie crispy crackers, senior freebie drink, hot sauce chilipacks, and a free, with any purchase frosty, if you happen to have bought a (good for one year) free frosty key ring (attach itto your key ring snd show it at the window) in January like I did. In fact I bought a bunch of the free frosty key rings andgave them out to my family. Wendy?s has always been a super place to eat. Read more
