Customer service was amazing. The coffee was super fresh and tasted great. The biscuits and gravy were actually made to... perfection here compared to the ones in our state (MN). We stopped at this Hardee's in Tama after a concert at the local casino on June 10th, We put a simple order of a cheeseburger... for her and a roast beef sandwich for me, other items on the menu we originally wanted we were told not available. We waitedand waited and waited some more, over 30 minutes, we noticed everyone in the drive thru line were getting food as ahead of us,when we asked if went through the drive thru would we get served faster, we got ignored. Then we noticed a few that orderedafter us got their food we asked where was our food? The person behind the counter immediately gave us back our money, no sorry,no nothing else! I worked nightshift and stopped one hungry morning and ordered The Monster Biskit and a plain biskit(can't spell lol) and have... been going back ever since.If you want a very filling,hot ,juicy and tasty breakfast this is a winner in every bite.And thefreshbiskits with butter and grape jelly are a great mid morning treat.The biscuits are so fresh every day and are some of thebest especially if you can be there at opening..But any time you buy this during breakfast you won't be disappointed.Also thegal that worked the window was always so sweet and pleasant Then John is also very nice and works so many hours it's always goodto see him at drive threw cause you get hot fresh food and quick service he is the best...The only big complaint I have is thatthey don't do breakfast longer or all day would be great.... This location can be hit or miss quality wise, but my last stop was one of the best. The angus burger was melt in your mouth... tender and juicy. Also the fries were done just how I like them crispy and salty. Read more
I had one of the best mushroom and swiss sandwiches ever! Fast drive-thru service, pleasant employees. I love that they wrap... half the sandwich in paper so it doesn't drip all over when eating it. Read more
