This place!! Love it! I wanted hibachi on a Monday night, but my partner and I didn’t want to sit down anywhere. And then I... remembered BD’S Mongolian Grill is a great thing! We called ahead to make sure it was possible to take the food to go and theysaid it was possible. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We let the worker know we were to go and she had us sit in thequiet bar area that’s separated from the rest of the restaurant, which is nice. A few minutes later, we were greeted by a niceand friendly worker. He explained to us the steps, gave us bowls, and wrote down on little slips that we’re take out, we wantwhite rice, and allergies. And then the fun part. Picking everything you want in this bowl buffet style. I love that you’renot charged extra for mixing meats, doubling up on meat, or wanting more than one egg. After piling everything in the bowl, wenoticed there were seasonings!!! Yes to Cajun! The cook was very friendly and gave us extra rice when we asked for it. We arrived at 330 on Saturday.. we were promptly sat. We watched three tables come in after us, get greeted right away as we... still waited for someone to come over. When our server did finally show up he said he would be right back. The food bar had alot of empty containers, they took down the sauce and spice recipes so we had no idea what would taste well together. Only halfthe items on the bar were even labeled to tell us what they were. We sat back down and waited for our food and noticed trash allover the floor. The high chairs were dirty with dried on food. My teenage daughter went to the restroom and there were no papertowels. We have truly enjoyed every other visit we have been there, and considered it a real treat to go. But this visit was sobad we definitely will not return. Read more
Went here tonight for the first time in a while, I must say the quality of the salad bar, and soup has gone down quite a bit,... the service is still good, but not going to be going back anytime soon. Read more
We had never eaten here before, and were not sure if we were going to stay once we were sat, when a server came to our table to... help us. He didn’t pressure us to stay, but was great to answer our questions, go over the menu with us, and give us time todecide. He offered to get us drinks while we were deciding. We opted to stay because of his friendly demeanor, and we are soglad we did. Norman’s service continued to be top notch throughout our whole meal, the food was delicious and the atmospherewas comfortable. We had a great date night. Always fresh foods to put in your stir fry. Wait staff was wonderful. Only complaint was cleanliness. Stuck to floors as you... walked. Tables were sticky. Put purse down on bench and brought it up with dried veggies. Definately could use a good cleaning. Read more
So first off this was gonna be a 3 star review but will the manager took care of me and my ma and mad our experience alot... better. It was mostly out service from our waitress that made the experience bad. For example she came to our table 2 times inlike 40 min and I had to go up to the bar for my own shot I ordered that was sitting there. The bartender Cheyenne was amazingshe was very nice and attentive. The bar was plenty stocked with food and the cooks were nice and seemed efficient. I recommendthe all you can eat bowls just don't fill up on soup and salad. My ma had the beer cheese soup with she said was amazing. Willthe manager was very nice and understanding and made eye contact and made sher you were happy. I don't really know if I'drecommend this place but you can give it a try if you like. My first visit. Had to learn how to make a Mongolian dinner. Didn't do to bad for my first trip,ate it all. HUGE variety of... veggies,meats and sauces. Great service Read more
Our waitress said that BD's has updated their menu and other things. They have appetizers now, but mine came almost burnt they... were pretty crispy. We had to ask for them to bring out containers of food for almost every item we wanted in our bowls. Theyalso got rid of the good teriyaki sauce. As well as if you want corn, you have to get corn mixed with black beans. There's justsome things that shouldn't change, or offer various options so people aren't forced to get something they don't want or likevery much. Also, rice comes on your plate under your food from the grill instead of getting it in the side. The only reasonthere's two stars is because our waitress did a good job, was nice, and checked on us a lot. Read more
