After waiting at 2 local Starbucks for over 15 minutes each, I found this Bigby location. Although when I first walked in it was... very busy, THE STAFF DID AN EXCELLENT job taking care of all the customers in a timely manner. Although it was a stressfulsituation the staff were all kind and courteous. Perfect service. Read more
Typical Biggby, with absolutely awesome people working there. Space is limited if you want a seat, so I'm sure when really busy... it probably feels cramped. But other than that, I can't say anything negative about it. Read more
Arrived and ordered at 10:50am, didn't get our drinks until 11:30... SLOWEST MOVING STAFF I HAVE EVER ENDURED. Everyone was... upset by the wait, and many people just walked out. Once our drinks were FINALLY made (after everyone who came in AFTER US) theyforgot our bagel sandwich. We ended up leaving without it and telling them never mind, keep the money, because of the absolutelyridiculous service. This location couldn't have a better staff ? I love coming in here because the atmosphere is so inviting. All my drinks taste... amazing and Emily is THE BEST!!! I come here every week now. This place has wonderful service and wonderful people here. Staff are sweet and would definitely... recommend :). Wide variety of drinks to choose from, and delicious food. Great place to come for breakfast or lunch with friendsor just to study. Read more

I?m sick of this bigby.. I honestly probably will never go and spend another $ there. The employee who is always there SUCKS.... Always makes excuses of why they can?t make a certain drink. I?ve been in there 3 times in 3 weeks and it?s always the samething. Then always the same excuse ?oh well we don?t have this so I can?t make that? Then there?s no suggestion to get somethingelse she just lets $ walk out of the door. every time I go to another bigby they are always able to complete my order.
