It is very smoking due to the grilling at the tables. It can make it hard to breathe and eyes hurt. That being said the food is... ok to the most part. The streak is the winner if you can drop huge amounts of dough to get it. It has great quality and taste.The rock sauce is amazing! Lobster bisque was awesome. The chili is ok if you like corn in it and a sweet taste. The Frenchonion was very good. Cajun fries were good. As for the Reuben, not very good. Presentation was excellent but the taste waslacking; it was very salty, greasy and it just felt like luncheon meat. Not delicious corned beef that I know it could of been.If you like sausage, then the sausage platter cooked on the lava stone is right up your alley. So much food coming with thismeal. The pretzel appetizer & the fried pickles were very delicious as well. So in conclusion the best foods there were thesteak, soups and the appetizers to the most part. Read more

Cooking your own steak at the table was such a refreshing idea it?s just that the staff needs a little more training and we had... to send food and drinks back but when they got it together it was nice. The ribs were great and preparing your own steak how youprefer it makes up for the so so service. I would advise eating there because you know what to expect and the food is good! Read more

We made a priority booking on open table. On arriving we were told there's a 45 minutes wait and that we will receive a text... when the table is ready. We were not happy with the fact that on top of the 45 minutes we had to wait for an additional 15minutes or so to get a table even though there quite a few open tables in the restaurant. The food is decent, we got thre crabcake sandwich, steak and the soups. We particularly loved the soups. They were delicious. We also tried the cocktails - lovedthe peach one and also the pineapple cider. The steak was cooked well and the quantity of the sides was enough. 10 out of 10 stars baby! This was my first time eating here and on my birthday! Let me tell you how much of a cool experience... this is! The food is phenomenal and the lava rocks and how you cook your steak right in front of you is an amazing concept! AndI swear it made the food taste that much greater! I came for my birthday and loved it! It was a first for me, and would love to come again. The waitress was nice, and I... understand the complaints about the slow service but just like everywhere else- they?re understaffed. They?re doing the bestthey can, and it?s out of their hands. I do wish they would?ve explained how to use the rock before my food came, because itfelt rude for me to start picking at my meat so it didn?t burn while the waitress was talking and explaining. The macaroni isamazing, but I had trouble cooking my green beans (I?m assuming they needed to be cooked). I preferred the seasoned butter tocook my steak vs the sauce that came with it. Be sure to make a reservation. We celebrated New Years Eve dinner with our friends at the Black Rock Bar & Grill. We started off... with an amazing crab dip appetizer. For dinner, we had steak, shrimp, and tuna dinners that were delicious. This dessert(photobelow)was filled with whipped cream, brownie, ice cream, waffle cones, with chocolate and caramel sauce! The topper was asparkler that was lit! Sorry I didn?t get that in the picture. It was SO good. We couldn?t finish it. The waitress was fun,energetic, and loved being at work which was good to see!! Just had this for the first time tonight with my boyfriend. We absolutely loved it. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was... great. I loved the staff. Our waitress was Tatum and she was lovely. She was super nice and very attentive to our table. Woulddefinitely recommend coming here. We got the lobster dip, lobster bisque, ahi tuna, and the mac and cheese burger. 100% 10 out10 place to come and eat. Read more
