Went here for breakfast after a run to the airport. Our waitress was very fast paced.. almost needed to slow down but everything... else was on point! Cant go wrong with a good Bob Evan's breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, grits, sausage gravy, toast andsausage patties OR I absolutely love their Roast, taters and carrots w/gravey.. it's even better when you reheat it when youcant eat it all in one sitting!!! After 10 minutes of being seated, we still hadn't had a waitress approach us for our drink or order. Waited on others that came... in after us. First time ever that I walked out of a restaurant. Looked like the manager was helping to move things along doingcleanup and serving orders to tables. He was a hard worker. We've ate there before and never had this problem. They have messed up our order over 6 times in a row. Today they overcharged me, were rude during ordering process, n didn't give... me all our food. We've started writing down and turning in our order in person so they don't mess it up. I called them to getthe rest of my food and ask why I was charged extra for my meal. They said maybe you should check your order better n refused tofix it. We live a mile away n are frequent customers. N always tip even tho it's carry out. They are rude n scamming people. I've been sick for a few days with a high fever. I didn't want to miss out on the tradition of a Thanksgiving meal. Knowing I... couldn't get to the store and cook, I made a last minute decision to order the Thanksgiving feast. Best decision ever!! The foodwas great and they made it so easy to pick up.
