Waited an hour plus for food, saw our waitress twice durning that time. Four tables around us needed to be cleaned from the time... we were seated till we walked out. All four meals came out and were terrible, extreamly overcooked and looked to be sitting forawhile. I understand they were short staffed but that?s not the customers problem. This Bob Evans is on the ball they are friendly and polite the staff doesn't stand around and talk to each while customers are... waiting unlike the Bob Evans on Monroe in Toledo the food is great and it arrived actually hot. I truly hope they keep up thegood job Read more
The only positive of our visit was the food, even still the rolls were hard and getting the food to longer than what it... should've considered we ordered 3 salads. The place was messy and multiple tables remained uncleaned even with employees in theback not doing anything at the moment. Our server was very short with and never responded to thanks. Overall, a very mildexperience, still recommended to those who never have tried it though. But likley won't be returning to this location. Read more
Dirty floor, waitress had on dirty shirt and her shoes were filthy. I ignored the warnings and then the rocks they pass as... biscuits arrived..passed off as fresh out of the oven. Then the wild fire salad arrives and it's swimming in bbq sauce! Mypartners meal was equally horrible. I refused to eat it. We thought this location might be better but they are all equallyhorrible. It's been a minute since I've been to a Bob Evans restaurant. I had breakfast with coffee. The food was good, and warm. Service... was fast and the waitress was very helpful. She kept my coffee cup full. I'm glad we stopped in. Read more
First off our server Lisa was the best! Very good attention to making our experience pleasant. Food is kind of hit and miss on... occasion. Restrooms are disgusting. Filthy dirty toilets and the room in general was definitely a health hazard. Brought this tothe attention of the manager who was aware of the problem already, but advised me they would eventually get to it. Maybe sheshould reprioritize her duties? Dirty restrooms seem to be the newest craze in restaurants here lately. Read more
We ordered online. Said food would be ready by 6:20pm, it was 6pm at the time. Which was fine we were about 30 minutes away. We... had 4 meals, 2 kids meals, fine all the food was there but no syrup for any of the pancakes. My order was fine except it wasvery very greasy, I could tell they hadn't cleaned the grill in a while because I could taste the grissle from the stove top onmy egg. My wife's order which mind you she is hangry, she gets her french toast! Nothing that was supposed to come with it did.We were missing everything but her freach toast which again had no syrup or syrup packets. What's going on guys??? Just ordered their Thanksgiving meal and it was horrible. Wrong items, cold food and bad tasting. I am not expecting michelin... star quality or anything but this is sad. If this is any indication on the quality of food and service then do not eat here. Read more
