First thing I noticed was that the was not clean..I ordered Ice tea with lemon which the waitress had to brew new. When I... received it, it was so dark you could not see through the glass. We had two adults and four children (including a toddler and a special needs child) eating. The waitress was very inattentive, ... never once checking on us after the meal was delivered. Drink refills by the assigned waitress only occurred once, when wefinally got her attention to come to take our food order. We had to flag down another waitress to get refills at the end of themain course and to order the kids the treat that came with their meal, which the assigned waitress tried telling us wasn'tincluded even though it was clearly printed on the menu that it did. After asking her to check into that, she gave us a longspeech about how it was included, but she didn't know the new policy. The food was mediocre, at best. The soup and fresh fruitwere inedible, but the service was so poor and the kids were so done that we didn't bother mentioning it. We have children andother family that are/have been servers, so we are patient to a fault, but this was ridiculous. The waitress we managed to flagdown did deliver refills to us on the way out of the restaurant at the end of her shift. I wish I had names because she was theonly bright spot and the assigned waitress should probably consider a job that doesn't involve customer service. Read more
Not the first time the employees can't be bothered to put silverware in a carry out bag before they staple the bag shut. Get... the headphones out of the employees ears and ensure I am paying for and receiving service. Read more

I picked up an order today from the Reynolds?s Road location in Toledo, OH at 11:40am today. I ordered online for curbside pick... up. The order was supposed to be ready at 11:25am. I got there at 11:20am and called. Nobody answered the phone. I ended upgoing inside at 11:40am. I waited at the register for 5 minutes. Three different people walked by me and didn?t acknowledge me.Finally a heavy set Hispanic girl asked what I needed. I told her I had a curbside order and I?ve been waiting outside for 20minutes and nobody would answer the phone. My order was sitting next to the register and she slammed it down and walked away. This was my 1st time. There was a lil wait just to get my name on the list but everyone was running their butts off & short... staffed, so we waited patiently.we got our seats fairly quick. Food was absolutely amazing!! Everything it was cranked up tobe!!! I tried their mocha coffee(WOW!!) and had chicken fried steak with sausage gravy. I enjoyed every bite and didn't leaveanything left over! Also looks like a friendly place to work, if anyone is looking for a job. Read more
