Came here for a late night breakfast an hour before they closed. My server Erin (name on receipt) an older gentlemen was... friendly and courteous. Kids eat free on Tuesdays and I didn't know that but even though my homefries were cold and my eggs aswell, I still tipped him $10 even though my bill was only $9 because it wasn't his fault the food was less than edible. BobEvans has ALWAYS been our favorite go to family breakfast place but honestly I won't be returning any time soon. Cleanrestaurant, friendly server, but c'mon guys!!! Do better on the food! After I got seated it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order you had no soap in the men's room I gave you 3 stars now you... are down to 2. Stars next time I go there better not be any problems or you will be down to 1. Star Read more

We ordered 2 turkey and dressing dinners for pickup this evening. The dinners left a lot to be desired. The turkey was dried... out. I didn?t even get a whole slice of turkey in my meal. Just two or three little chips of turkey and about a tablespoon ofdressing. What a disappointment! The food at this location used to be tasty and they gave decent portions. Was told 25 minutes. Got there and was not ready, no big deal but 15 minutes later it came out . Should have checked it before... leaving. Got the Homestead Farmers ,was terrible, eggs thrown in the container, there was a few clumps of crispy burnt hashbrowns & all was cold. I only live around the corner. Could have got McDonald's for less money & better taste. I learned a goodlesson,Don't order Breakfast to go. Too bad people don't take pride in what they do. Read more
Great food as usual! Can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy or their orange juice. It would have been nice if the staff could... have come out more than twice. And that was just to take our order and drop it off. Read more
Ordered curbside no one would answer the phone so my husband went in to pick up the order the staff were standing around... talking no one asked him what he needed after 10 minutes of standing there he spoke up and the girl acted irritated that shehad to help him Got home and half of my order was missing which is the second time they have done this. The rolls were hardas rocks and had a weird piece of fuzz on them one looked like someone smashed it in their hand before putting it in the boxthe food we did get was cold the potatoes in the vegetable soup were hard like they hadn't even been boiled . Well my food was covered in grill scrappings , my scrambled eggs were dripping in greece.. Bob evans used to be so good. Not any... more, really dont want to here under staffed that is an excuse, just employees that don't care about there job, or want to dogood service.
