Whichever female manager was working last night (Sept. 17th) at the Central location needs a lesson in stress management. The... restaurant was full due to teenagers coming from a football game. Due to this many of your patrons saw their friends come inand were excited to say hi. Apparently this is not allowed at your restaurant. The manager rudely and loudly told my daughter,'You need to stay at your tables you're confusing my servers'. Even though she was approached so brass, my daughter nicelyreplied that she wasn't moving seats and just saying hi. The manager then raised her voice louder and repeated herself withclear anger in her tone. 1. It is your server's job to figure it out when these situations occur. Give them the trainingneeded to be able to navigate situations that aren't ideal - as they will encounter this often. While this may sound cold, it's the truth. 2. Your manager clearly is unable to lead employees effectively. She does not have conflict or stressmanagement skills. She should have been able to guide her team without expecting the customer to alter their experience. 3.How is it appropriate for a staff member of your establishment speak to anyone the way she spoke to my daughter? Especially whenshe is a minor child and your manager is a grown adult. I'm disgusted by this interaction and hope that you address itappropriately with your staff members. People are allowed to walk around your restaurant, and if they knew they'd be yelled atfor saying hi to friends I am certain your business would suffer. Read more
Horrible experience. We waited too long for our food & she got my son?s order wrong and tried to argue with me that, that WAS... what I ordered and it definitely wasn?t because my son won?t eat traditional chicken wings only the boneless. I would neverquestion a customer just apologize and return it for what they wanted. From then on she was ignoring us and it took forever toget our bill. She literally grabbed my credit card and bill off the table and when she brought it back she just slammed it down.I understand bad days & I?m very understanding. There was plenty of staff standing around and no excuse for such bad service forthe amount of money you charge there. Read more
I am highly disappointed this happened twice in less than a month. 3 weeks back, I had similar experience and had to write a... review about food not being right to what I ordered. Again today, I placed an order through mobile for 6 piece bone-in wingswith mild sauce. The representative said 1 hour. So went around 8:15pm, location seemed to be very busy. They gave me my ordernamed ?krish? and it is written as such on the cover as well. So, I didn?t check what?s inside. I got home to see the itemsinside are infact not wings but a salad. Got annoyed as I ordered wings and got salad. I am not even bothered calling again andasking why this happened. So my order has two covers one for raunch dressing that had my name ?krish? and other box salad buthad different order name.
