Woman working the drive thru was swamped....but she never was rude or impolite to me. This visit was on 8/10/22 around 1000... pm... I was very impressed. However they did get my order wrong, I can overlook it because I realize they were busy. But I waspressed for time and that the drive thru worker still managed to be polite and welcoming. While getting orders out as quicklyas she could Kudos to that young lady. Read more

I arrived at 10:27 to the drive thru window. The employee didn't even ask to take our order she just said "we are sold out of... breakfast!" How do you sell out of breakfast? I'm sorry we inconvenienced you, but isn't it the responsibility of the employeesto make more? Read more

Pulled up to order through the speaker, and when the person "working" answered, I could hear music playing loudly,, with... explicit lyrics that were definitely inappropriate for business hours. F-bombs, n-bombs... very unprofessional. Ordered foodanyway, and when I got home, I realized my entire order was wrong... the entire order. Not one item, not one topping on anitem... literally every single thing I ordered was wrong, and nothing was special order. Just standard menu items. Allwrong. Called the store, "employee" that picked up the phone was a rude female that answered it by saying, "Hullo?" Not, "Thankyou for calling Burger King. This is (insert name). Can I help you?" I had to ask if I had actually called the right number.When I asked if this was BK, she said, "Yeah, whatchu want?" I realized instantly that she was clearly not going to be any help,so I asked to speak with the manager. The "manager" that answered the phone says, "Hullo?" Again... I'm shocked at the unprofessional way they answer the phone. I explain my issues, only to be told that I must have ordered it wrong. Yup. I orderedit wrong. I'm not sure who owns this franchise, but your staff needs to be reprimanded and retrained in food serviceetiquette. Looks like I'm going to Wendy's from now on. Read more

So the Ch"King is Burger Kings premiere chicken sandwich. Back to the drawing board kids. NOT worth the premium price.The hand... breading was thick and crunchy,but so thick it hides what a moderate amount of chicken is underneath.The breadings main spicemust be salt,it overwhelmed what little flavor the dried out chicken had.Burger Kings original chicken sandwich, you know theprocessed chicken one,tastes much better.Service was quick and polite and the only reason this meal gets one star. My husband and I were there tonight and the manager on duty was awesome. He did something incredibly nice for us. What he didn't... know was we are living in our car and struggling to eat some days and his kind gesture was appreciated more than he knows. He isan amazing employee and person. I wish we caught his name but hopefully he gets recognition for this. We will only go to thatburger king from now on because of him. Read more

The girl working the drive through was very rude. The prices are no longer on the board unless its part of a promo. When I asked... for prices I was literally laughed at. The fries are covered in what i thought was seasoning, and when I asked I was told, withattitude, no, thats just from the grease. As someone who has more yrs experience than I care to admit in food service, thistells me its been way beyond time to clean the OIL in the fryers. Mask was firmly worn under her chin, fake nails with nogloves, no hairnet, and clearly no desire to be there or to be pleasant. Read more
