Rude, old cold, nasty food. Gave me the wrong food order, had to get back in line and then was questioned about my order and if... I had a receipt. I was never given one, and the order I was given cost more than what I actually ordered. Very disappointed. Wasstill never given a receipt. Won't be returning. Read more
Service was not optimal most likely due to short staff. Food just thrown together like no one cared asked for whopper with no... pickles they added extra not sure how that works. Not very friendly seemed to have bad attitude again most likely due to shortstaff. Read more
People working their management was with the staff as they disrespect me because I was a black man with a white woman,they do... not know me and I do not know them , I do know the owner needs to put some training in for his staff, oyea I am a disabledveteran this is how you thank us for your freedom. I can't stand going there but I do because I don't drive and it's close. What I don't like about it is that the sign clearly... says that the lobby opens at 7:00 A.M on Sunday thru Saterday but they barely ever opens on time. On this particular day I wasthere at 7:15 A.M and the lobby wasn't open so I called to see when it was opening and the man that answered said that the lobbyopens at 8:00 A.M and that's only if another worker shows up to work. This place is filthy. I usually go through the drive through, and i always have issues with them getting my order correct. So to... skip the hassle, i chose to go inside. During a rush, an employee came in after smoking, then on the counter they were settingpeople's food on, she placed a half smoked cigarette, did not wash her hands, then eventually picked it back up and finishedsmoking it outside.
