Good service but unfortunately they forgot my food from my order . ???? I know you should check your order before leaving drive... thrus but I trusted Chick- fil-A because they?ve never, I mean never have messed up my order. I would if still given them 5????, but when I went back the next day with my receipt to notify them had messed up my order. The team member wasn?t reallynice about it and it almost made me feel as if she thought I was being dishonest about my order being missing. She explainedthat I had to call and tell them my order was messed up right away, but I tried to explain to her I came through late in theevening and by the time I sat down to eat my food it was close to closing, so I just came back the next day with receipt. Good food and customer service, I was blessed from a manager last time I came in and it was unexpected. My fries were thoroughly... cooked and my market salad fresh with fresh fruits and the staff is friendly. Update 12/2020 I looked in my bag to find 2breakfast sandwiches. At first I wondered if this was my order, but everything was there, then I realized they just switched toLunch. I never had a place give out free food before and I appreciated it. The lady at the window was sincere and we had a goodconversation. I asked for a water at the window because I ordered a frosted lemonade and I really wanted to had water to takedown with my food, without hesitation she gave me water and remembered to give an extra straw. My family ordered chick fil a, and there was no food missing and they added utensils! The food is filling and the sauce is very... good. The line is long but you never have to wait more than 10-20 minutes, the people are very nice and they treat customerswith respect. ???? Read more
