Worst experience ever! Second time at this location. Neither time was good. And l love all the other locations I?ve been to.... There was at least 4-5 workers and all young. We stood in line for about ten minutes. And line wasn?t long. It was about 8 atnight. We decided to leave without ordering any food. The place was a mess, garbage overflowing. Tables not cleared off. Workersdidn?t seem to care about customers or barely acknowledge them. It?s sad! This place won?t stay in businesses long. Must be badmanagement at this location. I didn?t even see a manager. Very poor attitude after I asked for more chicken as it looked a little light to me. She immediately responded ?so you want a... double.? The manager did a very good job of handling the situation and helping out but the original employee asked ?does thislook light or is this the correct amount.? Very poor attitude and used this example for my 12 year old son as how not to act,as he was with me. I?m really not one to write reviews but I think her attitude needs to be addressed if she is going tocontinue to be customer facing. Read more

I usually don't leave reviews but after numerous horrible experiences at this location, here I am. Todays experience was at... 4:15 pm (non-peak time). It took 25 min to get my food and there were only 3 people in line. All of us were extremelyfrustrated at the end of our experience. The white rice was made incorrectly (no cilantro nor lime). There were no hardshell tacos so I got soft shells but the employee left the tortillas in the warmer too long and burned them (but still servedthem to me). What fruatrates me is they make the hard shells in house. Some locations will make them while you wait if theyrun out. . .not this one. Finally, the one employee running both ends of the counter was less than pleasant (I'm being nice,she was horrible) and made my order poorly. Condiments were mixed up, the place was a mess and the line was not stocked. Atone point we all stood there for what felt like 5 min while the employee got a lid for a queso cup from the back. Horrible horrible staff, I don?t know how they can remain in business? The young ladies were talking about their dates and... hanging out, but they totally ignored the line of customers. I really couldn?t believe it. I asked one of the servers if she wasready, and no response just a hard stare from her. I looked at my friend and said can you believe this? The quality of the food and service at this location really puts Chipotle in bad light. It?s just not the same restaurant it was... a few years back - I?m not sure what happened but not worth the time or money as a consumer. The Central location was always mygo to location so am really disappointed. Went in to order a burrito bowl and waited at least 30 minutes from when I walked inuntil I left. Putting that aside as an inconvenience but still noticed the staff as completely inefficient; numerous times therewas no one manning the register which is what contributed to the unreasonably long wait time. Also the restaurant team wasunable to keep up with the cooking demands which likely contributed to my second and more severe issue. Ordered my burrito bowl,extra guacamole and a large coke. Left and drove home only to bite into a mix of chicken and the saltiest guacamole that?s everbeen produced within the four walls of a Chipotle- absolutely horrible. Was disappointed and normally don?t return food but Iwas so frustrated I had no other choice. I tried calling the location but received a voice recorded message and AI that wascompletely useless in addressing my concerns #fail. Went in straight to the register and politely asked for a refund. Thechipotle employee was surprised that I wanted to return the Burrito and drink along with the guac given the issue I had, presumably was only the guacamole, but I insisted on a complete refund because the guacamole ruined the taste of the burritobowl and since I had nothing to eat what was the point of the Coke?! I wonder if this is the first step towards what will be thebeginning of the end to what we know as Chipotle. I think it?s time to seek alternative healthy dinning options. Read more

Strange custom to ask customers order online while in store ???? Funniest thing is store workers didn't know ( or didn't want... to tell) store address for online order confirmation. After making sure I picked the correct delivery time slot, food wasdelivered 12 minutes late???? So good feeling to walk out with 25 minutes just to carry out food... I had a spider in my bag of chips. Maybe invest in an exterminator. Probably will never order food from here again. Never had... anything like this happen before at any restaurant while ordering take out. Tried this location again and check out this darkgreen guacamole. There is a strand of cheese in there. Why? This is every thing that we expect from chipotle and this location has a little different look and vibe. Food is like always... surely great, with the quality and taste. But the quantity is less than usual, compared to other locations. That?s the only Ihate about this location ! Don?t why this is different from other locations but surely the quantity is less than what usuallyoffered! It?s very tidy and clean, and the patio here is nice for having a nice breezy lunch!
