Usually come here in between classes to get food, there?s always a line but the staff does a wonderful job making sure it goes ... fast! Wanted to give a extra shoutout to the crew working on 11/3 around 2 PM, although there was some issues in the kitchen,the staff working today still kept good attitudes and tried to get people in and out to the best of their abilities!! My first two experiences with this location were via DoorDash, and it was not good. Items were missing from my first order and... the second order was delivered.... Somewhere else. This time I decided to do pick-up. Everything from my order is included, butthe rice isn't fully cooked, the chicken is overcooked, and the portion is much smaller than what I've gotten from otherChipotle locations in the past. I used to use a different store because it was closer to my job, but after changing jobs andtrying this other location a few times, I will just not be getting Chipotle for my work lunches anymore. It is unfortunate but this was the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle restaurant. The cashier was rude. She asked... open-ended questions and got mad when we weren't able to answer them. The ice maker was broken. There were no napkins availablein one I requested them I was forced to wait while they ring up three different customers. While ringing up the first customer Iasked another employee who walked out from the back if he could help me get napkins, he tapped the cashier on the shoulder andwalked away. What made that worse is he went right over to where the napkins were got to drink of soda pop and sat there.Moreover there were four employees just standing around in the back. TERRIBLE. no one acknowledged me from the time i walked in at 8:04 to the time i finally got my doordash order 15 minutes after... asking myself. It was sitting in the back because i could see it. The gentleman who was topping the food was amazing, especially being so close to closing. He was polite and quick and coached... those around him as well as vocalizing need while staying calm. Kept a great energy which I think reflected back on his team aswell. Read more
The food was good. The meat that I ordered had just ran out and they got some made fresh from the back instead of telling me to... pick someing else which I appreciate. However some of the service was unprofessional. The line was prettly long, they wereobviously busy and the employee running cash register was having a personal conversation with a friend on his earbuds the wholetime we were there. Read more
I ordered a Steak Bowl. For the first time the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. All the veggies were fresh and... tasteful. I enjoyed the Bowl delicious I recommend to anyone that enjoys a healthy meal. Read more
