I was there tonight around 7:30. They were very steady but we?re all busy with work. There were two incredibly rude ladies in... front of me. They were rude to every single worker and customer as they were practically yelling at you and pushing you out oftheir way. When they looked their receipt they read it wrong and accused the workers of messing up. I looked at the receipt andit was right. They were still being obnoxiously rude to the workers. I ordered online to be picked up at 6:50 p.m., when I arrived, there was a line & online orders were backed up. Their system for... fulfilling the orders needs to be revamped. Of course there were only two employees working the counters. I waited 45 minutes,two orders were taken ahead of me, and when my order was finished he told me they were out of chips. I ordered guac and chips,and of course the guy before me got chips. I was told I would be refunded, but I was not. I reached out to the company by email,and no one responded. They were running out of ingredients and waiting to refill their make line, right at 5pm. So my 1st 2 items were made and I... waited over 10 minutes for rice. And the steak on my buritto, was good, but it had 5 pieces. When I asked if that was a properserving she said, very rudely yes. I remember these burritos being huge and it was no bigger that a taco. Chipotleis my GO TO place when I can't figure what's for dinner. Most times things are great. However, this last time my... order and my wife's food was wrong. You can't call the store to have it replaced. You must do it online. This is poor inservice recovery! Read more

I love that they started doing tofu. The line was super quick to go through here. The service was nice and I feel like the... atmosphere is always good at a chipotle. I recommend getting your burrito in a bowl and two shells on the side and you making ityour self. It's too bad I had to add one star! ???? So, we ordered on line; it's late, and we've never had a problem at this... location...until now. My kid was soo excited to get her bowl, and had waited all week to get one. (We eat at home mostly, sothis was her Friday treat.) To my surprise and horror, not only was food missing, my husband's burrito did not have double meat,but my kid's bowl was wrong...very wrong! (I ate at home earlier!?) I stopped going to the one at Westgate because they'd becomeTERRIBLE with portion sizing, and the staff was not pleasant. Looks like Talmage location may be in the same boat! Should'vegone to Moe's. To make matters worse, by the time we got home to call them and tell them about the mistake, they were closed.Smh. Needless to say, we will not be going here any time soon. Food ordered in store and all employees were extremely slow. Not in a lunch rush and multiple ingredients out. Burrito was cold... and no one cared about being polite to customers. By far the worst chipotle I've been to. Manager and franchise owner need towake up and fix this restaurant. Read more
