This location has been our go to place but last night was the first time we've had an issue the manager Jasmine was rude and... unprofessional nasty attitude and it wasn't busy one other worker just ate the entire shift the other new girl needs training???? Went to play ski ball, as well as feel a little nostalgia. I went there about 30 minutes after opening. Prices are bit high, but... not as high as other places such as Dave and Busters. Instead of tokens, you receive a card that you can charge with time or"play points". The place seems to be doing well enough, but one major problem: the machines/games (at the least the ones I used)had no tickets in them. Now I didn't come for tickets, I mean, what am I gonna get? A piece of candy? It's fine. But if I werestill a kid, I would have gotten upset over it. Not only should the machines be filled with tickets at the beginning of the day,but they should at least be filled within half an hour. The pizza was pretty good. The place was clean and it was a fun spot for us to meet and play with the grandbabies.
I have gone to this location since it opened almost 30 years ago, but I haven't been there in probably at least 20 years other... than a visit a few months ago. We took our two-year-old there the other day and I have to say I was quite impressed how clean itwas and how updated the games were. I was a little bummed that there wasn't much of a section for toddlers but what they didhave did keep my son happy for a little while. But why were the animatronics not working on the stage? I went there a few monthsago and they were working and when we went there day before yesterday we were there for two and a half hours and that once werethey turned on. I have to admit my son was kind of bummed about that and I was too because that's his favorite part. Other thanthat I still think it's a clean facility and I like that it's secure. I would definitely try to go there any other night thanFriday or Saturday as it would probably be packed. Read more
