Cold Stone Creamery is always the bomb. They were not busy when we walked in and only had to wait a couple minutes to be... assistant with our ice cream orders. They were very kind and very helpful by allowing us to choose several different ice creamflavors for our Creations. I got to have it! And they allowed me to use my rewards number during my purchase and I was able toget $5 off of my charge today which made it all the better. I kept asking the girl to mix it in and she told me ?it is? and didn?t even attempt to do a better job. She literally just laid... my toppings on top of my ice cream. So annoying. Read more

I had a Grubhub order to pick up today and when I walked in the cashier (Sierra) was helping another customer, so I waited... patiently until she was done. As I stood there, Sierra never said hello or I'll be with you in a minute. NOTHING! Once shecompleted the order I expected her to acknowledge me, but she continued to ignore as if I wasn't even standing in front of her.Finally, a gentleman from the back ask if he could help. I'm extremely disappointed and hope that Sierra receives additionaltraining because she does not represent the company in a professional way. Read more
This pace is a rip off and full of Very rude service crew. They take customers for granted, and they cheat on the price. We... ordered only 2 signature cream out of 8 items we ordered, but they charged every thing to the signature price. When we asked wewere told that the prices have increased its a total lie and the bill showed as signature cream. So they are charging normalthree scoop scream for the price of signature cream that is effectively a dollar extra. Total rip off. Indeed we pointed outthe mistake and asked the response was totally pathetic at first they said prices have gone up and then, they have billedalready and they can?t change it. Seriously, this is horrible to the core, when we call the manager to clarify, the person neverturned up. Very very totally dissatisfied experience. Read more

The concept of this business is taking good ice cream, and folding in tasty toppings of you choice, over a chilled metal sheet.... Thus the name cold stone. You can make any combination but i like the founders favorite list. Prices are a little high but itsworth it for the quality of the product. Read more
Have no been here for a while but had a craving. We tried the Halloween special with boo batter ice-cream. The love it size is... misleading. They cram that thing full and there is no way to even eat half of it. Tasted good enough and was preparedpromptly. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Read more
