Ordered 1 large Sunday 2 medium blizzards snickers brownie. We got called over to pick up our order and it was sitting on the... counter. I asked the girl who rung us up why they didn't flip the blizzards; to which she said I can flip it now. I said no youflip it or the next ones free thats the policy and pointed to it on the menu board. A random guy from the back yelled yes Iflipped them. I informed the register girl that they are supposed to make sure the customer sees them flip it. They refused togive us our vouchers even though it's company policy. Read more
Service was nice but the ice cream was just ehh.
For the past several years, this store has donated an ice cream sundae to my 4th grade students as a reward for completing a... math multiplication challenge. The owner Monica is the sweetest to help us out and has been so generous. This is the favoritetreat my students get each year and they work hard to get it! Read more
This DQ (Monroe St) is one of the absolute cleanest places I have ever been to. I take my grandson here for ice cream on... occasion after our bowling fun. In fact, during my visit yesterday, while sitting there eating our ice cream, I noticed how the3 employee's (2 girls, 1 guy) never stopped working. For almost the hour I was there, they never stopped. I can understand howthe place is impeccably clean. The owner of this DQ should be proud to have these 3 young people on staff. Lastly, I alwaysappreciate seeing a good work ethic these days....especially out of our young people. I was so impressed with it, that before Iwalked out the door with my grandson, I walked back to the counter, thanked them, and handed each one of them a $20 bill. Purchased an ice cream cake. They added writing for free in my desired color and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it.
