I had to call in order and explicitly told order taker my order and this is the 3rd time they?ve gotten it wrong. Mind you their... food is good and home made yet their staff is selfish and arrogant. Do they not know I am paying their wages. Read more
I ordered a pick 3 with beans. I received a pick 2 and 1 side all mixed up in one small container. I ordered a steak el cuatrero... and it was thrown on top of the refried beans and rice. Why wasn't my food packaged separately and why was I missing food?! Thiswas my second time trying this place. Worst Mexican food I've ever had!!! They put the same sauce on the burritos and the enchiladas. It was some sort of tomato... sauce like a gross spaghetti sauce, which didn't go on Mexican food. The service (What service?!?!) was atrocious. He told uswe had to hurry up and order because they were closing soon. It was 9:15pm and they closed at 10:30pm. My husband tried to orderdifferent things and the server (ponytail) kept telling us they were out of each item. Then reminded us to hurry up, becausethey were closing. So we each ordered a plate that came with refried beans and ?rice. One tablespoon of beans and zero rice!Each plate was about $15 and disgusting. We regret going there. On top of it, two more tables were seated around 9:45-10pm andthe other waiter didn't say anything to them about closing. $40 bucks later for slop, bad service, and feeling like we werediscriminated against us.
