Went for my birthday dinner with my cousin. Wanted a low-key celebration. I order ribeye/scallop hibachi and ask for my steak... med rare as always. When he puts the steak on my plate it was overcooked. It was well done. There was no pink/red to be found. Itold him it was overcooked so then he wants to go back and forth with me. He calls the mgr. over and shows him the steak. Hesays it is med rare as well. I tell him I'm not eating it because it is overcooked. He asks what do you want? I told him a medrare steak like I ordered. He proceeds to point to the steak. I told him to take the whole plate because I'm not eating any ofit.
