Yes that is a bowl of slop they call poached eggs SMH the avocado toast was oddly deconstructed and desperately in need of salt... and pepper! The fried? squash was pretty good. The chicken and waffles which was recommended as the best thing on the menu had aplastic taste and texture to the chicken but the waffles were good. The sauce on them was odd it is a sort of southwest aioli. Iwill say the coffee here is really good. Downtown Toledo definitely has much better places for brunch than this. Overall I saysteer clear and don't waste your $ on brunch here. Read more

The maple bacon was quite good. The biscuits and gravy were inedible. The gravy tasted sour, might have had cream cheese or even... sour cream in it. The biscuit texture was strange. The picture is actually my meal after I ate. I could not finish it. On apositive note. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles. He liked it except for the gravy. Read more

Unexpected, wonderful. Wanting a good, quick bite near the Toledo Museum of Art, we found F&F on Google with a high rating. ... Well deserving of that rating, I say. Great staff (shout out to Kennedy), great coffee, and delicious food. The Short RibBenedict, tremendous flavor with a large portion. I overlooked that the Ribs were not yet fall off the bone, but it was earlyin the afternoon. I substituted the Vegan GF biscuit, which was perfect for my diet. We also enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Sammy. Perfectly fried chicken with some large pickles and a very tasty slaw on a nice ciabatta roll. Don't miss the Duck Fat fries. Don't miss the Goat Cheese balls. I can't wait to eat here again soon. Read more

Drove up from Columbus for the Trans Siberia Orchestra show at the Huntington Center. I saw this restaurant on Google and the... menu sold me on a visit. I needed some duck fat potatoes in my life! The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, greatsuggestions on food and what to go check out in the area. The coffee was perfect, we also had the mule tide and bubblescocktails. Great drink combos, the mule tide was holiday happiness in a glass. We also tried the goat cheese fritters, biscuitsand gravy, duck fat potatoes, short rib benny, the ramen and we got a couple small eclairs to go. Everything was delicious! I'ddrink that gravy if no one were looking! One of the best brunch experiences I have ever had. I'm sad this restaurant is so faraway from where I live, I'd be there every weekend if it were closer! Definitely worth a stop if you're in Toledo :) Read more
