I visited Kira Japanese Steakhouse on 11/5/22 and it was amazing! Not only was the food good, but our waiter Aaron was awesome!... He was so personable and had a bubbly and infectious attitude! Went for my birthday dinner with my cousin. Wanted a low-key celebration. I order ribeye/scallop hibachi and ask for my steak... med rare as always. When he puts the steak on my plate it was overcooked. It was well done. There was no pink/red to be found. Itold him it was overcooked so then he wants to go back and forth with me. He calls the mgr. over and shows him the steak. Hesays it is med rare as well. I tell him I'm not eating it because it is overcooked. He asks what do you want? I told him a medrare steak like I ordered. He proceeds to point to the steak. I told him to take the whole plate because I'm not eating any ofit. The wing appetizer was okay, not the best. They were lemon pepper, but it tasted nothing like it. The side sauce was incredible,... and they should really consider making wings coated in that sauce a thing.the cook was hilarious and energetic, veryinteractive, and great cook. First time at Kira's and definitely not my last! Took my husband out for his birthday and had to wait for the rest of my party... so we went to the bar to.wait.for them and I had a lemon drop and hubby had a Pina Colada. Our bartender was THE BEST!!!!!!Without even asking, out of her own cool heart, she made a Chocolate Martini for us to taste...mmmmmmm it was soooo good!!! Thenonce she found out it was hubby's birthday she gave us a birthday ???? and a delicious piece of cheese cake drizzled withchocolate fudge OMG???????????? That literally was so sweet of her...
