Awesome place, awesome people. Great food, and a space to honor our veterans.
No fuss diner. Good prices. Service wasn't bad. I got breakfast, steak medium and eggs. The steak was dry and way over cooked,... I didn't finish it. My toast was burned a bit. I also got french toast and it was pretty awesome! I was somewhat disappointed inthe food, but maybe they were having an off day. Still worth stopping by! Read more
I just moved to the area and KT's Diner has become my go-to spot. I've only ever gotten the pancakes bacon and eggs sunny side... up, highly recommend, & the bacon is probably the best I've ever had. ???? HIDDEN GEM ALERT!! We traveled to Toledo, OH over the wknd and wanted a diner style breakfast. This place has a homey,... warm, comfortable feel that was surprisingly refreshing ???? .... You're greeted right away, not by a hostess, but by THE ENTIREFLOOR STAFF and anyone else who makes your acquaintance! There is a dedicated wall in back filled with photos of veterans andthose who are currently in the armed services that is truly humbling. Not to mention a book shelf with various books donated bypatrons; which you're free to take one as well as donate. Our waitress was wonderful, very accommodating always making sure wehad what we needed/wanted. I order the steak and eggs (prepared medium) with country potatoes that I quite enjoyed. Now, I willsay that I had to add salt to my steak, but other than that breakfast was good. My fiance ordered the corned beef hash with eggsand bacon while the kids both had french toast. Everyone enjoyed their meals as well as the overwhelming hospitality! I'ddefinitely recommend this diner to travelers and locals alike. I was nearby and stopped in for a very nice surprise. Perfectly prepared and presented Benedict and Belgian waffle with an... Armand Palmer. Service was quick, ladies on staff nice and friendly.
