Have stopped here multiple of times. If you ask them to make the food fresh and wait it?s better but even making a simple... request was too much and they will screw it up. Here is why I won?t go back to this location; 1. Half the time you won?t begreeted. If you are then they take care of their drive up window first and then proceed to ignore you as long as possible. 2.Food Is usually old to it?s tough and soggy. 3. When I asked for a refund the pizza maker screamed from the back with anattitude. And I quote ?then why the hell did you tell me to make it?.. 4. Visited this little Caesar's on Sunday May 22. Pulled up to window to place order... Was told we are really busy it will be... 8 to 10 mins for your order. I said ok. He then said you still want to order it I said yes..... It was obvious he was nothappy that I still wanted to place an order. He was very rude told me my total... Grabbed my card, handed it back without aword. I started to ask if I should wait or park somewhere but he walked away as I was speaking. After five mins a truckpulled up behind me.... He came back to window and said could you drive around there's a truck behind you.... And walked awayagain..... So I drove around the building came back waited behind the truck.... When they left I pulled up to window, sat thereabout 5 more minutes.... He opened window..... Without saying a word handed pizza out, I said thank you...although I willadmit a little sarcastically. He walked away without saying a word. I understand if a place is busy it can be hectic.... Idon't know about mobile orders or whatever but in the time I was there there was me and one other vehicle in line....I seen 2people go in the place. But there is absolutely no reason for this kid to be so rude! He chose a customer servicejob.....I think he and his manager or whoever hired him made a bad decision! Bought pizza and found an entire fingernail between my teeth after cutting the inside of my mouth. I called to let them know for... the sake of preventing that happening to somebody else but they only posted a refund brushed me aside and couldn't care anyless. It's upsetting because I've bought many pizzas from here from time to time for the little ones but the quality has beengoing down drastically lately. It's just not worth it anymore... Read more
