It can be hit or miss anymore with Marcos. Biggest disappointment is the tiny marinara you get with the cheesy bread, you can... tell they stopped caring about their customers. Raised prices, and shrinkflation seems to be there new normal. Read more

Apparently now you can't order any other "MEAT" topping on your sub's now( So the pizza sub that I ordered with old world... pepperoni added and salami added that tastes so damn good is unavailable any longer...) ...like money not an option...? Read more

Their delivery drivers almost never social distance or wear their mask as I instruct while placing the order. It's extremely... irresponsible for them to allow their delivery drivers to be going door-to-door potentially catching/spreading covid. I don'tcare if the pizza is pretty good, I'm not ordering from any Marco's again until there is a mask mandate. Read more

Ordered a single large pizza, and they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, ended up taking OVER 2 hours to arrive at my... place of employment which is literally less than a mile from the Monroe street location. Called around the 90-min mark askingwhat was going on and inquiring about a discount since it was late (not even asking to get it for free), absolutely nothing wasoffered, just "Sorry." If you're so busy that it was going to take 2.5 hours to arrive, then just say so in the first place,and I would have arranged to pick it up or go elsewhere -- I understand firsthand how busy pizza places can get, but this wasjust unacceptable, especially considering it was a half-mile delivery. DO NOT ORDER YOUR PIZZA HERE! Not only are they ride but the manager doesn?t even know the difference between the owner and a... driver. SMH! I ordered a pizza online and it says I added pepperoni yet what I got was a cheese pizza when I called the managerto get it corrected he was rude and told me that it did not have pepperoni and he could get me another but would have to chargeme, I offered to take back the cheese pizza (I was not looking for any freebies) and he said ok, I had to hang up because I hada patient, when I called back I let him know I would be there soon and would just like a refund and he said ok. I get there andthat?s not what happened he told me he could not do a refund and I could talk to the owner he then pointed me to a gentleman whosaid he was just a driver and his brother was the owner! REALLY?!?!? Not only was the manager not man enough to talk to a womanabout this situation but he then lied to me about who that guy was then they both decided to argue with me rather than helpingme.
